When our server finally came over, he only took our drink order and left without asking if we wanted appetizers or were ready to place our food order. Our drinks were delivered by a third server, and then we waited approximately 20-25 minutes with nothing but drinks and menus. During that time, we watched the table next to us get seated, receive drinks, and even get their food while our server never checked back in. Eventually, I flagged down another server and asked if she could please put in an order for calamari. She was very kind and helpful. A few minutes later, our server finally returned to take our order, and by then it was obvious we were frustrated with the wait. Unfortunately, instead of immediately putting our order in, he stopped at the neighboring table to chat for several minutes with what appeared to be regulars or VIP guests. As for the food, it was underwhelming overall. The calamari lacked flavor, although the marinara sauce served with it was excellent. I ordered the grouper with mashed potatoes -- the grouper was just okay, and the potatoes were dry and disappointing. Overall, this was a poor dining experience from start to finish. We were excited to try this restaurant, but within minutes that excitement turned into disappointment. Sadly, we will not be returning.

The workers were all nice but there was a lot of workers and no one was really working? A bunch of them were talking in the chairs behind the lanes and the bartenders were talking to each other. Our waitress said her shift was ending/ wanting us to close our tab out as soon as our game ended and we said that's fine we can go up to the bar and keep chatting/ drinking. But she never left so we thought maybe they wanted our lane even though all the others except one were open but no one took our lane after.. The bartenders were talking to each other a lot and lacked eyes on the bar. The bar back seemed super young and out of it and didn't ask if we needed something or wanted to grab the bartenders even though he could hear us and we were staring at him and the bartenders. Whatever still enjoyed our time and the bartender came and brought me another drink. The 2nd drink she repeated it and then brought me a 3rd drink that was completely different but it was still good lol. The bathrooms are cute and clean. The dining side is probably better than the bowling side. The bar is cool. Overall liked it but seems like kids are running the place and could use some tweaks. 10/10
