This place is popular so we wanted to check it out! It's such a cute cafe with a nice decor with books! There are a bunch of couches and sitting area! We ordered a hot and cold vanilla latte half sweet. It was pretty delicious!

The shop itself is very cute and great place to work. The lattes are great, but I wouldn't spend $7 on their breakfast sandwich again. Very soggy, cheap and poorly made.

I've been waiting for Caffe Nero To come to the Midwest but I don't think that's gonna happen anytime soon. However, I was very happy to discover that there were multiple locations here in Boston. I love the way the coffee is brew. I love the atmosphere of the space. The food is deliciously good.

Came on a Tuesday morning around 8 am. Plenty of seating (sofas, tables, long work tables). Free 3 hours of WiFi. Good place to do work or catch up with friends, but the floorboards upstairs creaked every few minutes. I ordered the caramel latte ($5). There was the perfect amount of foam and it was the right amount of sweetness. They also asked what kind of milk I wanted and offered to add cocoa on top!

These baristas know what they are doing! They are very skilled and well trained. Some baristas are more friendly than others. This is my favorite Caffe Nero however. I love the fireplace and the space inside. It is gorgeous inside. I love that they warmed up my croissant which was very tasty. I also really, really appreciate the affordable prices. My oat milk latte wasn't over 5 dollars. I also appreciate the variety of foods and bakery items. They have juices, salads, sandwiches, and sweet treats. The coffee is high quality. My only negative comment is that there are a lot of little flies so when I was eating they would fly around. I know they can be hard to get rid of but it wasn't too great.

Someone doesn't like their job. Harsh mannerism, dirty looks. Really? Not complimentary to such a nice e environment.

So far, I am a huge fan of the pita, hummus, labneh, anything with meat (smash burgers and brisket breakfast sando), and they have pretty decent mac. I'm excited to continue eating my way through their options. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The restaurant is bright and bubbling. The servers are very kind and always helpful with menu questions. It can get quite busy but service moves quick. I have ordered ahead and ordered in person and never had an issue. If you are in a rush around lunch definitely do yourself a favor and order ahead. If you have time, the wait is never usually more than 10-15 mins and goes by quick. I do enjoy that aesthetic for being productive, but not when I want to relax at a coffee shop. I was taking a day off and really wanted somewhere cosy to get a cup of coffee. I was excited to come across Caffe Nero! They had comfy chairs, nicely divided spaces, rustic decor, and a library-like sound quality - exactly what I was trying to find. The service was quick, the coffee was delicious, and I got to curl up on a comfy couch while I enjoyed my IQ Bar, 16 oz Americano, and doom-scrolled on Reddit. I'll absolutely be back if I'm in this part of Boston again in the future.

There's a good number of seating inside and out, but since it was a bit chilly outside, most patrons were sitting inside, so we couldn't find a place to sit and had to enjoy our meal back at our hotel lobby. They have a lot of delicious looking pastries, sandwiches, and salads, and a large drink menu. My friend purchased a coffee and we shared a Tuscan Turkey baguette. The baguette was a bit hard but good overall. This is a great place for a quick breakfast or lunch. I like their variety of offerings, the service is good, and the ambiance is a big plus too!!

She was so excited when she found Cafe Bonjour because they had several gluten-free options on the menu. We took an Uber there right after we landed and were able to walk right in and get a table when they opened, which worked out perfectly because the place started to fill up! It's a cute little spot with plenty of seating inside, and they also had a nice outdoor parklet that would be great in good weather. We asked to sit at the bar so we could watch the cooks in action, which was really fun. The menu had all the classic breakfast favorites like eggs and French toast, along with some lunch options like hamburgers and chicken wraps. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My wife ordered the gluten-free eggs benedict and absolutely loved it. I had the Bonjour omelet, and it was delicious. However, it's close to Boston Common and the public garden so there's things to do to while you wait. The owner and staff are super nice and friendly. They're cognizant that people wait a long time to eat at their establishment and treat you with kindness when you're inside. It is very cramped and the tables are close together, but the rustic feeling makes it a great place to catch up with 1 or 2 friends. There's a wide variety of breakfast/brunch items, so there's something on the menu for everyone. The kitchen also is good about substitutions. Additionally, the portions are reasonable for the price, especially for the area. Most entrees come with a salad, which was a fun surprise. I got the Signature Scramble and liked the variety in the dish. The eggs did have caramelized onions, which I picked out, but there was a good amount of sauce and flavor on the plate. This place has been on my Boston brunch bucket list, so I'm glad that I've gone. I'd recommend this place to people who appreciate a good meal, but wouldn't take people who are impatient or claustrophobic.
