They hand me the sandwich and it's bacon chips from the bottom of the pan pieces, no cared to make it right everyone was out of it.. so I asked for a refund I'm upset that this took 40 minutes out my morning and I have no time for breakfast

Use to be my go to coffee spot but coffee has been tasting like dirty water lately. The nice thing is if I'm at the place, they remake it, but I wish they would just go back to what they use to do.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and received this. No bacon and can't tell if there is even any cheese on there. Very disappointing. Also ordered a bucket coffee and did not come in the signature bucket cup.

Going out on my morning walks, this coffee shop really hits the spot. Literally steps away from Broadway and right off Dorchester Avenue. Many young college and professional people in the area, and Broadway is party town after hours. As with anything in Boston, parking can be an issue but usually in the morning you can find a spot right up front, Dog friendly, although many people will watch your dog for you out front if they are around. The coffee selection is HUGE, I had the Nutella Mocha Iced. I enjoy mine light and sweet so this was a perfect match. The staff was extremely friendly and I will visit this place as long as I am in Boston.

Banana cream pie mocha - soooo good

They sell tasty flavored coffee. First thing you need to know is that the flavored coffees are not sweetened. It's just like how hazelnut coffee tastes like hazelnut but is not sweet, except with many many more options. If you order one of the Mochas, it has chocolate sauce added to it which does add sweetness. So, if you're looking for chocolatey and a bit sweet, get a flavored mocha (banana cream pie is amazing). You can also get just a flavored coffee, and have cream and sugar added to it as you normally would. This was a surprise for me, because the names of the drinks sound incredibly sweet. Once you understand the menu, go crazy! I highly recommend the banana cream pie mocha, as I mentioned above, but there are so many options that I'd like to go back and try. The atmosphere here is a bit hole in the wall, no frills. Cash only unless you spend $10+. They also sell bagel sandwiches and lots of candies and some refrigerated drinks.

Second time at PS and it did not disappoint! I was overwhelmed by the number of options of flavors and did not know what to try since my taste in coffee varies. I asked the cashier and the workers were all very helpful in finding a drink I would like. They recommended the cinnamon toast crunch mocha if I liked sweet and it definitely was worth it! It was definitely cinnamon toast crunch but there was still that mocha coffee flavor. Definitely worth it and highly recommend. I tried my friends nutella who got extra pumps, however, surprisingly it wasn't that sweet and had a barley tea type of taste. Not what I was expecting and not my choice since I like sweet coffee. I definitely want to try other flavors and hopefully they can recommend me something sweet and better next time!

This review isn't a reflection of the customer service or the baristas at PS Gourmet. They are friendly and fast baristas who are doing their best. The coffee itself is horrible. This is the first time I could not even drink coffee I've ordered. It was burnt, had way too much creamer in it and was extremely bitter. The name of this place is misleading. This coffee is very poor quality. The place inside is not aesthetically pleasing at all. It's unfortunate because I do think this place has a lot of potential and I imagine many people would appreciate the variety of flavors they offer.

The place itself is pretty small and takeout friendly. I popped in for a quick iced coffee and the Brownie Toffee Crunch iced coffee was really. The coffee itself was a bit watered down, but the flavoring was delicious.

PS SPECIAL. So good!!

When I'm on travel I love finding places with real, whole foods that don't make me feel like crap…read more I ordered from here every day. The prices are amazing for what you get :D The menu here is HUGE and has tons of options for customization. There are wraps, salads, smoothies, sandwiches, bowls, drinks - so many items to choose from! This place is located in the lobby of the Amazon Seaport Office. I got a Spicy Greek Breakfast Wrap ($13, +$1.50 for egg white sub) and a Santorini Sunrise Yogurt Bowl ($12). The portions are gigantic and the food is fresh. The Platters, both the breakfast and mezze are gorgeous. Pictures attached. The interior has ample seating and is bright and beautiful. Ingredients are super fresh and tasty. I LOVE the pressed juices, they are a bit up there in price but the bottles are reusuables and a good size. You can also have juices pressed to order which come out tasting so so good. The menu is expanssivee. So far, I am a huge fan of the pita, hummus, labneh, anything with meat (smash burgers and brisket breakfast sando), and they have pretty decent mac. I'm excited to continue eating my way through their options. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The restaurant is bright and bubbling. The servers are very kind and always helpful with menu questions. It can get quite busy but service moves quick. I have ordered ahead and ordered in person and never had an issue. If you are in a rush around lunch definitely do yourself a favor and order ahead. If you have time, the wait is never usually more than 10-15 mins and goes by quick. First time in the Seaport area and treated myself to my go-to smoked salmon sandwich at Tatte. I enjoyed the combo of the umami salmon, capers, and creamy sauce with their fluffy eggs, avocado, and crunchy microgreens. For seasonal items, the summer corn bisque was creamy with just the right amount of seasoning and dill. The corn has a crunch and sometimes more of a chewiness with the intact skin (which I can see how some people may not be a fan of but I liked the textural contrast.) I also got their rose cold foam with the pistachio latte. The cold foam actually featured a nice floral, rosy flavor that complemented the pistachio nuttiness. The house tatte latte is another reliable go-to favorite of mine! As usual staff were nice and friendly. Food came out at a reasonable time given how busy it was. Again I love how consistent Tatte has been able to offer their yummy drinks and food across different locations in different cities throughout the years!

The boureka was already sitting in the glass cases so that came right away, and my latte only took a minute or two.

I had one of their seasonal lattes and an empanada. While the empanada had great flavor, it was very soggy and not a traditional empanada texture. We ordered two iced lattes both with oat milk but the staff didn't take names or any way to identify when your drink was ready. When they called out a drink that matched one of the ones we ordered, we grabbed it and took a sip but new it wasn't oat milk and the barista confirmed that was whole milk and might have been someone else's order even after handing the drink to us. Once we solved that hiccup, the iced lattes were nothing memorable and the espresso used paled in terms of flavor. I really wanted to like this spot especially given it is tucked into a local bookshop right in the Seaport but this visit was just okay.
