This place rocks so much we came back for a second time, though our stay at Seaport was so short and originally we wanted to use every meal at a different spot. First of all, the pastry case just beautifully displays all the baked goods. It's quite a sight to see! I love the variety and flavors, very unique. If you know what you want, gotta get in line and grab it quick! If you wanna put in your own order, you can use the kiosk, which is really fun to use. I ordered a chai with oat milk (it's very light in flavor) and got a bialy. Honestly I had not had a bialy in over 25+ years... and was surprised to see it in the case and I had to have it. A corn + cheddar bialy. It did NOT disappoint. I also got london fog with oat milk previously, also very nice, but this place was soooo good we had to come back. My daughter loves pop tarts so when she saw it in the case, she got a blueberry pop tart and said it was very flakey and the jam was very jamful. It was the-last-one, even had the sign stuck in it!! She also got the french toast (2 slices) with kid's milk and said it was the best french toast she's ever had. My sis got a chocolate pain suisse, which I had never seen before. It's basically brioche filled with pastry cream and chocolate. It looked delicious and with coffee, my sis ate the whole thing up. All in all, this place has so much delicious eats.. I can understand if you live here, you could come every morning and still not get to everything in the pastry case! Definitely be back if we're in the Boston area again. read more

Service was unbelievably bad. Food was ok... if we could get it. 1. Waited 30 minutes for a sticky bun. There were 2 left, the woman in front of us purchased one. We asked if there were more, there were not. 2. we asked for the final bun. The bun was taken out of the case and placed in front of us near the register. About 20 seconds later, the bun was taken from us for an "online order." Why do they have more of a claim than us, when the bun was already given to us? We told the woman that we came in from the suburbs and waited in line specifically for buns for my grandmother and grandfather, she just said "no more buns". 3. To make our complete WASTE of time worth it, we ordered other items. All of these were prepped, sliced, and in the case where we could see it. Still, it took them 5 minutes to give us these. I was already full and was tempted to get both the raspberry lemon cake and boston cream pie until I saw the sticky bun. I just knew I had to eat that one since we were in holiday season and I could really use some warm spices, butter, and sugar. I was lucky to come in at a low crowd time. I could tell if it was during the weekend it would be way too crowded for me. The staff was patient and helped heat the bun and was surprised they delivered it to my table! When traveling, I always struggle with having a healthy breakfast. Flour has such a good overnight oats option - it's a perfect combo of oats, chia and flax seeds, cinnamon, berries and oat milk. I haven't had many of their pastries, but their monkey bread wasn't anything special (it ate dry). I won't dock them for that because the oats really make up for it. Their lattes are solid though, and the staff are friendly too. It's quick to move even when busy. This is a small gem tucked away in an alley but there is more than meets the eye! Even though this place gets busy they are able to turn around the orders pretty quickly. I gave this location 5-stars because the staff above and beyond my expectations and here's why. Big oversight on my part I placed an online app order and I accidentally chose the Seaport location the staff called the Seaport location and clarified that I meant for this order to be picked up Fort Point location. I apologized and the staff was able fulfill my bacon sandwich, egg sandwich, iced latte and cafe au latte within 15 minutes. I did not have to wait in line, or place a new order at this location. I just patiently waited and the staff took care of my order. There are seats indoors and outside. If you're with a group there are enough seats inside. There's also free WiFi. As far as the food, I ordered the Applebacon sandwich and the egg sandwich both were fresh and delicious! Not overpowering on the sauce. The size is big enough to satisfy your appetite. Very nice, efficient and professional. I ordered an egg sandwich, raspberry bliss bar and a turmeric latte. The latte was fine, the bliss bar was ok, the sandwich was terrible. One can always tell when a place is a local favorite, when the place is packed and yet the line moves fast. We needed to feed the ravenous children after exhausting them at the nearby children's museum, and we picked Flour as it had some vegetarian options and, very importantly, was close. (Judging by the other sleeping babies we saw, other families thought the same.) I had a cauliflower melt, which was adventurous for me, as brassica isn't a usual favorite. Paired with a strawberry mint lemonade and one of the many pastries from the case, this filled me throughout an afternoon waking the wharfs. The kids snacked on the grilled cheese and PB&J we got them. My wife was happy with the toasted mozz. We sat outside on the shade on a quiet road and let the kids fill up.
