Great place to grab a quick lunch. Avocado toast with porched egg, yummy! I was impressed how large the matcha latte was!

Super crowded and popular! There's a TV screen listing which orders are in process and in line for pick up which I appreciated. I got the broccoli melt sandwich to go--it was greasy in the carry out wrap but so delicious. Nice texture of the panini bread, flavorful. Interestingly it had red cabbage in it which gave it a burst of color.

The avocado toast was absolutely divine! I ordered via the kiosk which I think made my visit much more efficient. The default chai latte is spicy and you can get it as is, sweet or extra sweet. I chose sweet which was perfect for me but the texture could be better - it was more on the watery side. I know I got almond milk but I've had creamier almond milk chai lattes.

Coincidentally and fortunately visited. Banana Bread: I was actually not a big fan of banana, but decided to follow the waitress's recommendation and give it a try. And it not only satisfied, but even surprised me. The banana's sweetness was natural and fresh, and the bread's texture was as soft, smooth, fluffy and moist as a muffin or cupcake. At a freezing and windy winter night, what could be more comforting than holding and tearing into a piece of banana bread like this?

Service was unbelievably bad. Food was ok... if we could get it. 1. Waited 30 minutes for a sticky bun. There were 2 left, the woman in front of us purchased one. We asked if there were more, there were not. 2. we asked for the final bun. The bun was taken out of the case and placed in front of us near the register. About 20 seconds later, the bun was taken from us for an "online order." Why do they have more of a claim than us, when the bun was already given to us? We told the woman that we came in from the suburbs and waited in line specifically for buns for my grandmother and grandfather, she just said "no more buns". 3. To make our complete WASTE of time worth it, we ordered other items. All of these were prepped, sliced, and in the case where we could see it. Still, it took them 5 minutes to give us these. Our name was added to a list of many other names. We had to ask twice what was up, and didn't get an answer either time. I will not go back to flour. The food was not good enough for any of this.

Decent latte not strong enough but decent. Lively and very cool inside. Would definitely go back to try something else. It definitely caught my eye.

I was already full and was tempted to get both the raspberry lemon cake and boston cream pie until I saw the sticky bun. I just knew I had to eat that one since we were in holiday season and I could really use some warm spices, butter, and sugar. I was lucky to come in at a low crowd time. I could tell if it was during the weekend it would be way too crowded for me. The staff was patient and helped heat the bun and was surprised they delivered it to my table! The taste of the sticky bun was indulgent and incredible. It's just one star away because I felt like the quality of the flour and sugar could've been better (I have IBS and acid reflux). I'll be back to try their cakes if I'm in the area!

Ambiance is a 5, with covered outside patio accessible via flight of steps, very inviting. Inside you will find variety of menu items from baked treats to signature beverages (not just coffee!). Self serve cold tap water. Service and staff friendliness is a 5, with them Showing me what goes into their mint cucumber drink. I ended up ordering iced chai latte. My daughter ordered their strawberry lemonade. Both were a 3. Their baked pastries and cakes looked good, we will definitely go back to try.

Stopped by the Fort Point Flour location on a Thursday morning. It was busy, but not overwhelmingly so--no long line, and the ordering process was efficient. They offer two ways to order: self-serve kiosk for quick convenience or ordering at the counter, which gives you a chance to see all the available pastries on display. The pastry selection is extensive and well-stocked in the morning, and the food came out quickly. One standout is their drink menu, which goes beyond just basic coffee options. I usually try something new each visit and appreciate the variety. Overall, it's a reliable spot for breakfast or a quick bite with solid service and plenty of seating. Good atmosphere for grabbing something to-go or staying to eat!

This is a small gem tucked away in an alley but there is more than meets the eye! Even though this place gets busy they are able to turn around the orders pretty quickly. I gave this location 5-stars because the staff above and beyond my expectations and here's why. Big oversight on my part I placed an online app order and I accidentally chose the Seaport location the staff called the Seaport location and clarified that I meant for this order to be picked up Fort Point location. I apologized and the staff was able fulfill my bacon sandwich, egg sandwich, iced latte and cafe au latte within 15 minutes. I did not have to wait in line, or place a new order at this location. I just patiently waited and the staff took care of my order. There are seats indoors and outside. If you're with a group there are enough seats inside. There's also free WiFi. As far as the food, I ordered the Applebacon sandwich and the egg sandwich both were fresh and delicious! Not overpowering on the sauce. The size is big enough to satisfy your appetite. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Incredible baked goods - gooey, melty, sweet, and textured. The double chocolate walnut cookies and sticky sticky bun are to die for. I'd eat any baked good they sold here. Our sandwiches were more mixed. Yummy, sure? But achiote chicken sandwich was served cold (as though it came out of a fridge) and my friend's tuna melt came out salty and pickley. We were there on a Friday at 2p and basically every table was full. Be prepped to snatch a table.

Oooeeyyy goooey STICKY BUN. It's a great treat for that afternoon merienda where you need a little pick me up between lunch and dinner. The bun is a little too sweet for me as it was topped with caramelized pecans, cinnamon and more caramel goo. In between this brioche were ribbons of cinnamon swirls . Interior texture is fluffy with a beautiful golden brown exterior. The café has a cozy vibe with plenty of seating for a comfortable meal. Service was great and staff was friendly and accommodating.

    Is there parking nearby?

Hi Kerry- there is metered parking and a few parking lots. There are 3 spots in front of the bakery that are for guests. They are first come first served. We hope to see you soon!

How busy is it on Friday mornings?

Hi Leandra! Thanks for your question. Friday mornings tend to be busy. Our morning rush is usually between 8am-9am and you can always order ahead through the Flour Rewards App or by calling ahead if you'd prefer to skip the line. We hope to see you…

My first introduction…read moreended up being at a corporate event in Boston's Seaport district, where lunch arrived courtesy of one of the city's best-known sandwich shops. The catering was impressive. Before anyone even took a bite. Every half sandwich was individually wrapped and clearly labeled, with salads and sides neatly organized, making it easy for a large group to grab lunch without the usual catering chaos. The choices were wide and varied. We took our lunches upstairs to a rooftop seating area overlooking the Seaport, which made for a pretty great setting on a beautiful afternoon. I chose the Gobbler, and it lived up to the hype I've since read in other reviews. At first glance it sounds like a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich, but it's much more than that. The turkey was fresh and flavorful, and it was complemented by stuffing, cranberry sauce, spinach, pepper jack cheese, and just enough chipotle mayo to add an unexpected kick, without overwhelming everything else. It's one of those combinations that sounds busy on paper but comes together remarkably well. I spoke with several others over lunch, and they were equally impressed with their choices. That's always a good sign when you're feeding a crowd. It's one thing to make a great sandwich to order; it's another to deliver dozens of them catered while maintaining that level of quality. Since this was catered, I can't really comment on the restaurant itself. The service on the catering side, however, was evident in how thoughtfully everything was prepared and packaged, and the rooftop setting where we enjoyed lunch certainly didn't hurt. Needless to say, this won't be my last Sam LaGrassa's sandwich. I fully intend to visit the restaurant one of these days, and in the meantime I'll spend some time trying to recreate that Gobbler at home (maybe with sliced roasted chicken, but also with turkey when I have it). It was that good.

Italian Sub: $20 for a foot long, the meat was so plentiful it's almost overflowing, enough for two meals. The prisciutto was tender and juicy; the salami was firm and savory with a strong smokiness. Both are thinly sliced, so despite the thick stack, it was relatively easy for a bite. The provolone cheese was also generously portioned, with a robust yet not spicy flavor and a subtle nutty aroma, perfectly complementing the two meats. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were particularly outstanding: mellow, tangy, and with a fruity aroma of grapes, key to the complex flavor profile. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all fresh, especially the onions were refreshing and a little zingy, perfect for removing the greasiness. Unfortunately, I was worried about not being able to roll it back up properly and making it inconvenient to carry (which it actually happened), so I took it away and ate it at the office. The staff is so nice and it's Boston, low key all around. I'd like to officially put my bid in for the seasonal Korean "Good for the Seoul" BBQ sandwich to find a home on the permanent menu. It just ended in July and I am heartbroken. My taste buds are piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiissed to say the least. It was the sandwich that dreams are made of: soft (yet firm) seeded roll, thin fresh cooked chicken cutlets, cabbage slaw, pickled carrots, gochujang BBQ sauce and sriracha mayo. I stood in 85 humid sunny Boston heat for 20-25 min for it. Yes, it's that good. It's heaven on a bun! I've gotten the Drunken Parm, the Hogan, and the Caprese as well. All solid and delicious. I've never gotten one I didn't like. They are pleasant and open to customizing them as well. i.e. no lettuce, extra onion, BBQ on the side. I'm also not sure how, but Thomas the cashier remembers my name every time. That's SO impressive. I didn't get a picture of the BBQ sandwich because honestly, I had devoured it before realizing I should have. whoops. I did get a pic of the Hogan and will post that soon. The good: All of it. and I mean ALL OF IT. You can opt to get chicken, eggplant or one cutlet of each if you're feeling swanky. The location - this is good and bad. Good right by my building and bad that it moves down to Dewey Sq other days. BOO! The bad: The line. They open at 11:30am at Rowes Wharf and there is a line that starts to form at 11:15. I got there today at 11:20 and there were 8 people ahead of me. I might bring a lounge chair with me one of these days. The cost. I personally don't feel it's outrageous. It's a food truck in Boston on the Wharf and it's phenomenal. However, that said I think it's at the cap of what I would spend. I feel it's worth it for what you get. it's $15 for 1/2 and $20 for full sandwich. Pro Tip: psssst, get the full and take 1/2 home. Or eat it if you can't control yourself. I won't berate you for that. I don't consider it bad, but some do.. they cap you at 4 sandwiches per order. If you want more, get catering. And invite me over. Cheers!
