Eggs Benedict with Eggs fried hard
    Mia M.

We're visiting from out of town. This was recommended by a temporary local and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very casual with no frills. Simple, good food and stellar service. The restaurant stayed busy while we were there, which is always a good sign, but there wasn't a wait for us at 9am on a Sunday, which was nice. Beverages were brought promptly and ample refills of coffee were offered. The menu choices were not expansive, but perfect for a laid back, casual brunch. I had eggs benedict with the eggs fried hard. Portions were generous, and the food came out quick and hot. Pros: + Service + Menu & food Cons: - Loud in the bustling way. It was difficult to hear people seated more than 1 person away.

You can't go wrong with this classroom breakfast spot they have a large menu and everything you can possibly. The waitresses are extremely friendly and you absolutely can't beat the price for a breakfast they will fill. This place is not about frills just good food and good serve.

    Chicken fried rice with egg

I came in this Thursday, a few minutes past 10am when the breakfast deals cut off the place was packed, but soon the mostly elderly crowd left. I was surprised how old the interior looked, as the facade looks new. It's a typical diner. A large room iis in the back for big groups. Most people sat in the front . I sat at the counter to save a table for others. I was greeted right away and given a menu and a tall glass of water. I was in the mood for a lunch item and settled for chicken fried rice with egg. My food came out quickly. It was a generous portion that filled me up. My server was attentive and friendly. There is a tv high on the wall in each room, but none was turned on. There are two fan walls, photos of happy customers posing with crew members. This is definitely a local hang-out The menu is extensive, with American, Asian and some Mexican. Prices are very reasonable y.

This is the best breakfast in Sierra Vista. It's fast, the food is fresh and tasty, and the service is fantastic.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Walking in you can tell this place is a local favorite. The food and ambience should tell you why.

We were the first ones in the building when it opened at 7am. Mitzi, manager and our server, made our breakfast a true dining experience. I had Eggs Florentine, my friend had a blueberry pancake, and her hubby had the Copper Kettle. Food was delicious but the coffee was strong and the sausage gravy way too peppery. However, service and ambiance were top notch. The place was lacking the loud tourist crowd this Monday morning. There were only four table during our hour-long visit. I've been here on the weekends and there is a line of hungry tourists waiting outside the door at 6:59am.

Ever. Pricing is deceptive. Be careful on build-your-owns, and just because you are offered a biscuit instead of toast, doesn't mean it is included with your meal (I was charged extra), and a tiny side of gravy is extra too. The thing that was most surprising is the fact that the floors, walls and ceiling are unbelievably filthy. The wall at the end of the bar is visibly fuzzy at quite a distance. And it's a huge wall. The ceilings are black with grease, and on a Saturday morning the floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not months. This review applies to the Lowell location. Sounds like they are moving to a new location in Tombstone Canyon. Gone will be the ample free parking. Hopefully they can keep it cleaner. Bottom line? We won't be back.

You have to climb a hill every time you go to the parking lot. The elevator didn't work during my trip, and judging by the reviews before my own, it probably won't work for you, either. You might have to climb 3 flights of stairs every time you need to go to your room. Yes, the air is thinner--this is about the same elevation as Prescott, or Denver. If you can brave these conditions, you will be rewarded! The atmosphere is as good as it gets, and you really feel like you've been sent back in time. There are so many cool, communal areas--a bar on the first floor, a lounge with a working piano on the second. You'll even find a balcony with some seating and one of the best views in town. It's in the center of downtown, and walking distance from almost anywhere around here you'd want to go. Not to say there isn't any room for improvement. The weather is splendid most of the year, I'm sure, but this uniquely scorching summer overpowered their antiquated AC in the middle of the day. I don't like the old-timey bathtub with the 360 curtain, but I have to admit that it looks cool. There's room for some sort of shelf in the bathroom, but I guess they never got around to that. The inconveniences are forgivable, and if you don't dwell on them so much it really helps immerse you into a sense of rugged Southwestern history.

What a miserable experience and it soured my whole trip, so much so that I left after one uncomfortable night and went home. It's a non smoking hotel, but the front desk staff sits outside the front door and smokes. When we came back to the hotel after dinner they offered an upgraded room for us to move to. The hostility we felt at check in, the apathy ...the lack of welcoming we experienced was unlike anywhere else I've ever been. Not ONCE were we made to feel welcome. So we left and were told we would not receive a refund for the 2nd night that we did not use- Stay away from this place!
