Went on a Sat night before a Christmas show and they only had one guy working. Line was very long & it took forever. Poorly managed.

Great customer service. The steamer was being repaired so I had to wait but the staff made up for it by comping my drink!

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant is worth trying!! I recommend going at an off time because it was packed!! There's an option to do half a sandwich. The menu doesn't disclose that you can only do that on cold sandwiches. That's nice they do that but if you wait in line 25 mins with your menu item in mind but they won't do the halvsie thing it's frustrating. Especially since the sandwiches are mostly all over $14. So then you have to make a split second decision and order something else you sorta wanted but not really. I say that bc I originally wanted a hot sandwich but I can't eat a whole one. When they wouldn't let me do that with the half of a sandwich I decided to try to do that with the Bruce, which was the monthly special turns out I couldn't do that either. All in all it was a great experience and I liked my sandwich. My wife LOVED hers. We will definitely be back!! Wifey tip: order water to drink. They don't have soda on fountain so you pay $4 for bottled stuff you buy at On Cue. Not worth it.

Well, 85°C didn't live up to the hype. The bread prices are fantastic, so if I needed to bring a…read morebunch of snacks to an event, I'd consider it--but overall, everything was too sweet. They also wouldn't heat up the savory bun, which was disappointing. It would've been much better warm, but the cashier said no and clearly didn't care. Service was speedy, but our cashier was unfriendly. The coffee was overpriced and too sweet, and it needed stirring--but you can't stir it with the boba lid. On top of that, we had to order coffee separately and pay twice, which felt inconvenient. Even after ordering at the kiosk, our hot coffee somehow came out iced... oops. (Yes, it clearly says iced on the receipt - so obviously we missed something.) We also had to clean our own table, even though it wasn't busy. There seems to be a lot of variety at first glance, but if you look closely, it's mostly the same bread--lots of red bean. On the plus side, there's lots of natural light and plenty of seating (at least when it's not busy). Overall, a bit disappointed. The prices lured us in, but this won't be a routine stop for us. It doesn't hold a candle to Tous Les Jours.

This place is slowly falling in my ratings. What an awful customer service…read more This time I came and purchase 2 Vietnamese coffees and 2 eggrolls. Young lady at counter just put them on the counter. All I had was my phone in my hands. How did she expect me to carry this? I asked if there was a drink carrier or a bag. She threw a ripped half carrier and a bag on the counter (literally threw). I put the carrier with drinks in the bag, but it was not stable and toppled over. The coffee leaked into the bag. She watched me and did nothing. I asked for napkins and cleaned it up and then I asked for another bag. This whole time, no help.

The staff was friendly, but just a bit slow getting to us even though we were the only folks in line and barely any patrons were in the dining room. The sandwiches were a bit on the skimpy side. The veggies all had a nice crunch to them. My oldest daughter did not like the "savory house" sauce as she thought it was too sweet. I wish we had ordered a side or shared a noodle soup. Still, we enjoyed them as we don't have many opportunities for Vietnamese food in our area of New Mexico. Ample, free parking. Clean restaurant with minimal decor.
