Austin's Furniture depot is located on Burnet Road and offers a unique mix of new furniture, statement pieces, and items from local artists. This is not your typical furniture store. Surprisingly, the Austin signs are quite affordable. I asked Shawn one of the store managers, what do folks do with all these signs. He responded by saying the put them in their homes and businesses. One of the eye-catching items in the addition to the signage, are the abstract and unusual artwork covered in shiny glass. I love abstract anything, therefore, I was very intrigued. They also had some individuals featured in the pictures with bold and colorful features. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He asked what I was looking for and took time to point out some potential selections. It was an overall very engaging and pleasant visit. Will definitely drop in again...

We scheduled a delivery date for when it was ready. The delivery men came over during the time span that we chose and set up the couch for us. We love our couch. It's very comfortable and it fits all of my family members. My husband and I have fallen asleep on it several times due to the fact that it's so comfortable. Most of their bedding, sofas and drapes were in muted whites, beiges or off white. Off hand, I thought it would be the type of furniture and bedding Kim Kardashian would likely purchase. The salesmanship and sincerity was totally lacking. My hubs and I were pretty bummed about the experience here. We came home, visited our local store and immediately 3 people came up to greet us, ask if we had any q's. 1 salesperson drew up our space, told us options on how different table shapes would fit depending on 8-10 people sitting. Asked about the colors of our floors, chairs we were thinking of, rugs.. etc. We got more kindness and helpfulness out of the 15min at our local RH store than this place. Horrible Customer Service…read more My family and I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture with this company and you would think they would be happy and quick to address any concerns we have. I purchased a King sized bed and when I took my bed home to put it together I noticed one of the slacks were shorter than the others and couldn't reach the hole on the other side of the bed. I called multiple times and it took them over 2 months to get me a replacement slack. When I picked up the new slack, it was the same as the slack that was too short. So I called back to get help and they are asking me to take pictures up close and far away of the slacks and email them as if I'm asking them for an entirely new bed. I'm asking for just 1 slack to be replaced and they are making me jump through hoops to get that. I will honestly say they have good prices on their furniture, but their service is terrible.
