Four Hands Outlet carries medium grade furniture. It appears to be foundational type furniture. There were a number of tables, chairs and sofa to peruse in the store. I will likely pop by when the tent is fully stocked. It is important to note that Four Hands Outlet has earned a number of Yelp awards. The sales representative shared her knowledge of what was going to be included in the sale, although her knowledge was limited. The furniture ranges from low to medium price range.

We were initially ignored throughout the store until walking all the way to the back, to eventually have someone ask if we needed any help. Already off to a bad start given there were numerous employees walking past us, some happily chatting to one another instead of looking out for customers. When we were helped, the gentlemen was very helpful and went through numerous books to try and find the style of light we wanted, so we cannot fault that, it was great. Our experience from that point onwards with Cassidy in the store, and Scott over the phone were both poor. Cassidy set us bad expectations that the two lights we ordered (not in stock in the store at the time) would take a few days to arrive (they took a few weeks), which was extremely frustrating to say the least. After spending time calling and chasing them, Taylor who was very helpful multiple times on the phone, advised Cassidy would return our call to explain the delay and bad communication issues. She did not and so we spoke with Scott, her supervisor after calling back again to chase. Scott offered an explanation as to why there would be a delay (freight related), and called to check on the status of the two lights at the warehouse. While that was appreciated, he also did not return my call to give me accurate times for delivery as he said he would, because 'he got busy' as he put it. These interactions show that little value is put on the customer here, and more focus is on high transaction levels and making money. Overall this is absolutely poor customer service and the opposite of what we expected, given we could have bought the light elsewhere online and received it much sooner. To remedy this, Scott delivered the lights to us the same day which we appreciated, but it does not make up for the poor communication, lack of service and terrible way this store handles its customers. I would not recommend this as a place to visit to purchase your lighting fixtures, but if you must, look around and then buy it elsewhere; you will be glad you avoided the same headache we have for the last few weeks.

When it was time to make selections for kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer, Blake was extremely helpful. He kept my budget in mind and explained the pros and cons for the brands/models I was considering and I actually ended up purchasing a completely different model based on his recommendation. I LOVE all of the appliances that I purchased and I don't think I would have purchased them if Blake hadn't put them on my radar. Days before I planned to move into my house, my kitchen appliances were stolen which was a nightmare! I called Blake just to give him a heads up that I'll probably need to order another set of appliances because I needed them in order to move into my house. Before placing my replacement order, Blake expressed his apologies for what had happened to me and was quick to provide all of the necessary information for the police report. From what I remember, I didn't even ask him to do that. The replacement appliances arrived super fast as I stressed the importance of expediting the order because I wouldn't be able to move into my home until I had appliances. Both install processes were fast and easy - no issues. Not only is Blake extremely knowledgeable on the products he sells, he truly cares and is very honest which in my opinion, is hard to find in a salesperson. I've also asked Blake for appliance recommendations for family members who live out of state and he's provided his insight even though they can't order through him. Curiously, they said that it was too late to cancel the order, so they said I should expect to eventually receive my light, which I could keep (though, that was several weeks ago, and it hasn't come yet, so I suspect they just didn't know). I debated about whether to leave 1, 2, or 3 stars. On the plus side, they responded quickly to my follow-up inquiries, and they did issue me a refund when I eventually demanded it. On the negative side, they did not send me any proactive updates on the order, and of course, I never got what I wanted. Looking back, I suspect that this business is legit, but is just a drop shipper, placing orders from somewhere upstream perhaps in Asia. It may work out some of the time, but if you can get what you want via Amazon or whatever, that is probably preferable.

Horrible Customer Service…read more My family and I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture with this company and you would think they would be happy and quick to address any concerns we have. I purchased a King sized bed and when I took my bed home to put it together I noticed one of the slacks were shorter than the others and couldn't reach the hole on the other side of the bed. I called multiple times and it took them over 2 months to get me a replacement slack. When I picked up the new slack, it was the same as the slack that was too short. So I called back to get help and they are asking me to take pictures up close and far away of the slacks and email them as if I'm asking them for an entirely new bed. I'm asking for just 1 slack to be replaced and they are making me jump through hoops to get that. I will honestly say they have good prices on their furniture, but their service is terrible.
