The light wood floors, soft colors, hanging plants, and curated furniture make it feel like a cross between a boutique café and a really pretty living room. The staff has always been kind and friendly the first time I had a lot of questions and the gentleman working was patient and helpful! Very appreciative! There's art for sale throughout the space, a little bookshelf you can borrow from, and even a private room you can reserve for meetings. Their bathrooms are honestly beautiful too (yes, I notice these things ). You can tell so much love and detail went into creating this environment. My drink recs: * Honey Cinnamon Latte (warm, comforting, perfectly sweet) * Blueberry Chai Latte (so unique + SO good) * Caramel Macchiato w/ an extra shot (sweet, strong, and absolutely amazing -- the perfect balance ) All are 10/10 and worth coming back for alone. The food menu is also great quality, fresh, and just as thoughtful as the drinks. This place is perfect for: Working remotely or studying Coffee dates Meetings A cozy solo moment to read and reset I love discovering places that feel like a second home, and George's Coffee @ 121 is definitely one of them. If you're in the area, go you'll understand.

The food was great, and so were the drinks I got (all iced drinks in the summer). We had a great time catching up on the comfy sofas and chairs up front. When I came back later, I set up at one of the tables and worked online for a little while. I believe I saw that they have a drive-through! Definitely a great alternative to the national chains. Summer Moon Coffee (DFW Area)…read more How Did We Get Here? Somewhere between craving comfort and chasing the next destination... you realize coffee isn't just a drink--it's a ritual. And this stop? Exactly what I needed. I found myself at Summer Moon Coffee, leaning into a moment that felt slow, intentional... almost like time paused just long enough for me to catch up with myself. Let's talk about it. The Drink: Quarter Moon White Chocolate Latte. Smooth. Creamy. Elevated. That perfect balance of rich espresso and subtle sweetness--not overpowering, just enough to make you pause after the first sip. And that signature Moon Milk? Yeah... that's the difference. The Experience: Warm. Inviting. Uncomplicated. The kind of place where you don't feel rushed--you feel received. From the texture of the foam to the first inhale of that roasted aroma... it felt like a reset in a cup. The Vibe: Soft conversations. Natural light. A quiet kind of energy that lets you gather your thoughts before stepping back into the world. Final Thought: If you're moving through DFW and need a moment to land before your next move... this is it. Because sometimes, the journey isn't about where you're going-- it's about where you pause. And this pause? Was worth it. -- How Did We Get Here?

I heard great things about the coffee from Summer Moon & decided go stop by last Saturday. I placed…read morean online pick up order for a Winter Moon latte & Strawberry Refresher. The latte was sweet & tasted like a typical latte. My husband didn't like the refresher as it tasted more like green tea than lemonade. We went in to see their pastry selection & they had a nice variety. I ordered a cinnamon roll & blueberry muffin. The blueberry muffin was moist and delicious per my husband & the cinnamon roll was super tasty! The coffee shop was clean and aesthetically pleasing. There's a drive through & patio area. The bad: we weren't greeted upon entering or at all really. The employees seemed to be in a blah mood. Maybe they too needed coffee? Idk. Idk that I will go back.

The space is beautiful, inviting, and so peaceful. It's filled with greenery and plants, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I also loved that they have several different seating areas, making it a great place to sit, chat, or simply enjoy your drink. The menu offers a wide variety of teas and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. My kids really enjoyed their drinks, and they looked as good as they tasted! I also noticed what appeared to be a selection of pastries, which gives you even more options to enjoy with your tea. The staff was wonderful. The three young women working there, along with the gentleman who took our order, were all friendly, welcoming, and patient. Our drinks were prepared quickly, and everything was clean and well organized. If you're looking for a cozy spot with a relaxing atmosphere and delicious tea, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. We're looking forward to making it one of our regular stops!
