It's inside the bicycle shop, don't let that detour you. The staff is super friendly and looking at the bikes was cool !

This place you will undoubtably walk past turn around and then take a closer look when headed here not knowing where it is. We did it- and as we were sitting in our car, planning our next move, so did the next man walking up :) it's a nice cup of espresso! We both were so surprised in the flavor of the beans. We have a very very nice espresso machine at home that we use during the week but one of our lives is trying new (to us) coffee shops on the weekends. You will not be disappointed and if you have an espresso machine at home you will be adding them to the list of places to buy your next bag of beans! Give them a try! You'll be blown away with flavor... if the flavor of great coffee is what you crave!

I have slowly become a regular customer here! Though the Bikes are fascinating to look at I'm not really in the market for one. Instead I come here for the coffee! The girl that works the front counter, Madison, always makes me a wonderful drink! I'm vegan and she can always come up with something new and delicious for me to try! They have almond milk and oat milk. And the people are great! I can always sit down and enjoy my coffee and chat with Madison just a bit. She's made me several drinks and all of them have been so amazing and delicious! She is a great worker and her coworkers are very kind as well. Great place on the Square in the coffee shop is never too too busy! I feel like it's a very personal experience compared to Dunkin or Starbucks!

I have been wanting to visit this shop for so long! Which is strange...I don't ride a bike. I don't even know how lol. But a coffee shop inside of a bike shop was basically taunting me to come visit even though I want nothing to do with bicycles. The guys inside were super laid back and just let us do our thing as we roamed around looking at I don't even know what now...lol. But the coffee was great and I highly recommend a vanilla latte with oat milk. There's some seating at a high top table right in front of the coffee bar or upstairs as well as some tables outside. I love exploring Downtown McKinney and feel like every time I visit I discover a new place that I love. Don't pass by this place and not go in if you're walking around! Bikes or no bikes, it's a cool shop with great coffee inside.

BEST CAPPUCCINO NORTH OF THE WALL (I635). Being an espresso snob" it's hard to live so far north in McKinney. There are a couple wannabe shops that have invested a lot of money into decor and branding, but the main product is inconsistent at best. I've tried Nerdvana in FRISCO, 1418 in Plano and even Filtered in downtown McKinney...the major flaw in all of them is barista training. You can give a barista the best bean in the world and have one of the worst shots if they don't know what they are doing. So with all that, I'm happy to say that Wattage has taken a lot of pride in their training and I've had cappuccinos from several baristas all turning out in equally high quality. This is only 20 minutes from my house so I'll be a regular here all the time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ESPRESSO BASED DRINKS!

Good coffee, a zillion plants, friendly employees, and a nice open seating area. Good place to meet up with a friend or have a solo study session like me. If this place was closer, I'd be here a lot more often. I ordered the cold brew with coconut cold foam (suggested by the barista) and it was good. So good, I ordered two of them and ended up standing in my car, vibrating all the way home.

We ordered two drinks and the cashier did not mention that there was a wait at all. Only after we paid, when we commented on how many cups were in the queue, did she mention the wait would probably be 20 minutes or so. The wait was FIFTY MINUTES! For two coffees! The girls were lovely and probably overwhelmed, so I understand it was stressful, but I have to wonder why they continued to accept drink orders knowing they were this backed up. It felt very irresponsible and disrespectful to everyone's time. I ordered the lucky charms latte, and it tasted exactly like lavender. I hate lavender in a drink and would never have ordered it if I had known. I actually ended up buying a new latte from Bresnan because it was so bad. Cute shop and again, they are very friendly, but the way this weekend was handed is completely unacceptable. Nothing was offered to all of us who had to wait almost an hour for our drinks, either. I will never be back!

The young girl with the pixie haircut was VERY RUDE & gave nothing but 'RBF" upon entering and while I was asking questions. I came in with the intention of buying a full pie but after the service that was given I walked out with nothing in hand and I don't regret it. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. !!!MY RECOMMENDATION: I ended up going to an ice cream shop located in the downtown shops as well that sells boozy ice cream (I believe it was called boozy cocktail) which I recommend for your sweet treat in downtown instead! This ice cream shop was far superior in service than the pie place could ever be. PLUS ITS ICE CREAM! Who doesn't love that more than pies!

And this stop? Exactly what I needed. I found myself at Summer Moon Coffee, leaning into a moment that felt slow, intentional... almost like time paused just long enough for me to catch up with myself. Let's talk about it. The Drink: Quarter Moon White Chocolate Latte. Smooth. Creamy. Elevated. That perfect balance of rich espresso and subtle sweetness--not overpowering, just enough to make you pause after the first sip. And that signature Moon Milk? Yeah... that's the difference. The Experience: Warm. Inviting. Uncomplicated. The kind of place where you don't feel rushed--you feel received. From the texture of the foam to the first inhale of that roasted aroma... it felt like a reset in a cup. The Vibe: Soft conversations. Natural light. A quiet kind of energy that lets you gather your thoughts before stepping back into the world. Final Thought: If you're moving through DFW and need a moment to land before your next move... this is it. Because sometimes, the journey isn't about where you're going-- it's about where you pause.
