Wow wow wow! Authentic, from Scratch and made with love. Amazing Dominican fusion right in my neighborhood. Don't let the strip mall façade for you. Super cool vibe inside with friendly staff and owners who are always on site, sometimes with her little girl which is adorable. Great kids play kitchen spot in the restaurant too...so very family friendly. And simply delicious food.

Good food, heavy on the meat and cheese, fried everything (almost!) but there are 2 good salads but I'd like without any cheese! Place is former diner so you can find a comfy booth. We had the Cubano and a La Bomba, both very good. Children's corner with toys so they can stay entertained. Service was a bit slow but cordial. They had a home smoked brisket , and delicious looking desserts but we were too full!

Tres golpes, platain benefict, café con dulce de leche, guava and cheese empanada. (Special- chicken and waffles empanada with gravy)

Finding an authentic Dominican restaurant in the mountains of Vermont was not what I was expecting. Delicious food that is well seasoned and is a beautiful reminder of how delicious Caribbean food is. The Tres Golpes was incredible. So well seasoned and great portion. The Guava and Cheese Empanada as well as the Beef empanada were a highlight.

10/10! Cute spot, nice staff, absolutely delicious food. Got the eggs Benedict with chicken -- eggs were cooked perfectly, the hollandaise sauce was delicious and the plantain base was like a little potato pancake/latke. So good! My fiancé got the poutine and it was masssssive! He got two full meals out of. And yes, the desserts are definitely as good as they look. The dessert case is dangerous, but delicious!

OMG. Absolutely busting! We ordered takeout, but upon going inside we saw that the restaurant is so well decorated and feels spacious as soon as you get inside. Def will be going back to eat in next time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the veggie, panzerotti, and guava cheese empanadas, La bomba, and a burrito, along with several gorgeous pastries that we noticed upon arrival. The passion fruit tart is actually insane(ly good). WILL BE BACK!

The food here was absolutely delicious. The flavors and quantity of food was ovwhelming, but perfect at the same time. The inside was nice and ambiance enjoyable, as well as, the service. I recommend sitting st the bar :)

4 empanadas for the price of 3 (from restaurant website)

Mindblowingly flavorful food from a take-out place in the ONE???!!?! Holy crow. The empanadas are superbly crispy with awesome filling and yummy side salsas. The maduros (fried sweet plantains) -- chef's kiss. The plantain stuffed with slow-cooked pork, rice, beans, pickled red onions, topped with three kinds of salsa transported me DIRECTLY TO HEAVEN, do not pass go, do not collect $200. And it's the first place we've found tamarind jarritos since moving to VT! INCREDIBLE, 10 out of 10 out of 10.

Mediocre food and small portions. Perhaps it would be tastier as dine in but Covid prevailed.

This was mainly due to the great service and delicious meals ordered by each of us in our family of three. Our table was never left waiting and the food was served hot. Our meal choices were varied, including apps such as steak tartar and cheddar ale soup for one and the meatloaf plate and the turkey burger for the others. Everything was made with original flavor additions such as homemade sauces, fresh breads, and unique use of herbs and spices. Lastly, I was told to mention that the hand cut fries were exceptional. Since we visit Burlington often, we look forward to returning to the Farmhouse to try other dishes on their menu or just ordering the same meals since they were so good. We all agreed that this restaurant has definately moved to the top of the list for our next trip to Vt.

A no laptop policy keeps things flowing and encourages folks to talk vs work. Breakfast menu is available all day while lunch starts at 11 and goes until close at 3p. We tried a few things: * croissant - super flaky and perfectly made. * breakfast sandwich - with sausage. Buttery and crispy edges toast with fried egg and melted cheese with sausage. One of my favorite breakfast sandwiches ever. * banner eighteen - a play on cheesesteak with broccoli mushrooms and shaved steak in a sesame hogie. This one had slight spice and a slight taste reminiscent of a combination pizza. It's a big sandwich and quite tasty. * oatmeal raisin cookie - not too sweet which I loved. Chewy. * fresh baquette. Bread . . . . . * maple lemonade - slightly sweet with a good bit of tartness. It was good! I'd definitely comeback here if I'm craving some sandwiches

We tried the eat the east breakfast sandwich ($11) and the vermonter sandwich ($16). I especially liked the vermonter sandwich and the bread it came on. The cafe also sells various bread items and baked goods. One thing to note is that since the cafe is counter-serve, seating is also first come first serve. We were able to snag a seat right as someone left, but for that reason I would recommend coming at a less peak time if able. August First is deservedly a busy spot in Burlington and I would be there often if I were a local.
