This is the second time I've used Mikki for dog sitting in my home (where she stays over while I'm out of town) and it could not have gone worse. So bad in fact that I will not be using or recommending Mikki's services again. Mikki was to stay at my home for 4 nights and 3 days and for this I paid her $300.00. I returned to find that my dogs had been left unattended during the days for most of the time I was gone (one look on Mikki's Instagram account told me all I needed to know about how much time she spent attending to her other clients while I was paying her to watch my dogs). I arrived home to find my house smelling of dog urine; and to find out that my dogs had had at least 4 accidents in the house because they were not being supervised and let outside in a timely manner. There was a large puddle of urine on my dining room rug that appeared to have been there for at least 24 hours and no effort had been made to clean it up. But what struck me the most was the fact that when I came home and opened my front door I was greeted by an overpowering smell of urine. I would love to know how Mikki could have been in my home for 3 days and not smelled this or made any effort to clean it up. She simply ignored it. The brunt of my complaint with her service stems from the lack of conscientious caring that she displayed with my home. The kitchen and stove were used by her and left uncleaned and the trash under the sink had been used to capacity but never taken out. My rug cost me $200.00 to have cleaned and Mikki made no effort to even try and help. In fact, she blamed the accidents on my bulldogs "behavioral issues" claiming my bully was acting out because I was not home. Yet this never seemed to be the issue the previous time Mikki dog sat for me. I asked Mikki to pitch in for the rug cleaning and she refused. In fact, she refused to take any responsibility at all for the condition she left my home in. She even suggested that I had an over inflated expectation of her responsibilities. I used this service a couple of weeks ago and had my two dogs boarded for 6 days with Miki. My two dogs couldn't be any different in personalities and they both had a great environment to be in. Pupparazzi is very professional and provides multiple types of services. I appreciated the daily photos of the kids in the environment. Our two German Shepard's, Doc & Wyatt, love, love, love Miki! We adopted our boys almost two years ago and they were a hand full to say the least! They love people but were not very dog friendly and tough to take on walks!! The thought of going out of town and leaving them in someone else's care, was very stressful! Walking 2, 85 lb Shepard's is not an easy task. We were lucky to find Miki, she is absolute wonderful with them and doesn't seem to have any problems keeping them in line! LOL! She even sends us pictures of them while we're away! We're able to enjoy our trip so much more, knowing the boys are in good hands with Miki! Miki knows her dogs (and cats)! She has been walking our stubborn dog, Leo every week for almost a year. He absolutely loves her, as do we... She's loving and firm and has given us lots of good training tips - and has taught Leo to be a better walker. I recently hired Miki to care for my two german shepherds for week. Normally, I take referral only sitters, but something told me Miki would be a good choice. When my dogs met her, they immediately felt calm and safe energy. One of my dogs is not too friendly, and he took an immediate liking to Miki. The next test was to see how she managed the dogs on a walk - they tend to pull, and are very strong. I wanted to make sure she was strong enough to handle them in case something ran out and they pursued chase. She was fine. Also, Miki followed all of my instructions for their care, and always return my calls promptly, providing feedback. It was really nice to find someone who was local to the area of which I reside, and familiar with the surrounding neighborhoods. Plus, she lived close enough to be in constant contact with the dogs, which was a great convenience for their schedule. I found Miki to be a dependable, reliable, nurturing and great "pack leader," in my absence. I would definitely hire her again, and refer her as well. read more

My cat, c.h.u.c. is appropriately named because he is truly a cat hiding under couch. I have boarded him at the vet in the past (not the best solution because he really hates the car ride) just because he doesn't do well with strangers. I was pet-sitting for a guy I didn't know well over the Christmas/New Year break and I wanted to go away for just New Year's Eve and so I had Miki look after the dog on that night. Well, lo and behold, the dog gets sick (she was a 14 year old dog) so I freaked out, but Miki was amazing. She was very calm and talked me through everything on the phone and then took the dog to the vet for emergency care and by the time I got back the dog was safely back at home resting. She was so fantastic at handling the emergency and you could tell that the dog was very comfortable being her even while so horribly sick. Miki was a saviour. Miki is AN ABSOLUTE lover of animals! We have three terriers: a little alpha control freak, a grateful loving sweetheart, and a stubborn-funny-lazy big wheaten. They are the center of our home, and their happiness, confidence, and good behavior are primary concerns around here. Miki took care of our guys for an entire week, and I don't think they even noticed we were gone. Now THAT'S what I call SUCCESS! Miki is the absolute BEST!!!!! I recently rescued a 2 year old pit-mix and I am a typical neurotic mother. I met Miki at a cafe and we started chatting. She has this great energy and I knew I could trust her. Miki started walking my beautiful new girl day one. She was so helpful about giving me advice, feedback and helpful tips about Lola's care. Her experience, knowledge and love for animals is unmatched. Just when I thought it could not get any better IT DID!! I had to go out of town and leave Lola for the first time. Miki was amazing! She sent me pictures and little stories about how Lola was doing. My nervousness of not being home melted away. I was actually delayed on my flight home and Miki stayed with Lola until she was sure I was on my way. I do not know what I would do without her!!!! i cant recommend a better person to look after my dog then mikki, my dog is my life the only person i leave her with is mikki, the joy that i see in molly's eyes when she sees mikki is priceless and worth every penny ..mikki goes the extra mile for my dog, she cares about her wellbeing as if molly was her own, molly had a weight problem and mikki fimrly believed it was her food so she took time over w eekened to do research to change her food and she picked a new food and molly has lost weight and hasnt had the runs or gas since the changeover, and it was all due to mikki caring about mollys wellbeing.
