We ate there for dinner and had to go back the next morning for breakfast. For dinner I had the cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich (onions, no peppers) and it melt in your mouth. We also tried the wings and cheese fries (enough for 3 people to share) and those were so good. For breakfast, we tried the waffle, bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, side of bacon and hash browns (could split as a side). We prefer our cooked well-done and they did it. They will cook your egg how you want it. Bacon was crispy and a good quality. It was within walking distance of the condo. There was no wait each time we went. Will definitely go back. read more

My wife and I were in Panama City Beach and I decided to go across the street to get a Philly Cheesesteak to go at Mr. BG's. It took a little while to order, but we eventually got it right. I brought it back to my condo and it was a great cheesesteak, could have used some more peppers and stuff, but overall it was very tasty. Warm and the bread was perfect. The place inside had about 10 tables and would be a nice place to have a lunch or breakfast. There are a ton of places on Panama City Beach, but I would give this place a shot. read more

$40‼ Two diners for breakfast. Grab a menu from the counter and take a seat. No waitress in site upon arrival. We went the less expensive route and ordered 2 breakfast combos which included 2 eggs, 2 pieces of small bacon, sliver of hasbrowns and toast (1 pc). The bacon had a strange taste, the hasbrowns were dry and the eggs just ok with hot sauce we would have preferred to add a biscuit and gravy but it would have added another $20 to our bill. Soda was served in a can with a cup of ice. The Christian music was too load and tv displayed a Christian movie. I am a Christian too but dont understand the need for all that as it was distracting and may not appeal to all. Too pricey for just an ok breakfast and the ambiance was strange. read more

When you first walk in the stench of grease is overpowering. it is small and not the most pleasant place to eat. There seems to be only two workers in the place one cook and one server. You don't get to get your drink in till 10-15 minutes after. there were 9 of us and she brought our food out one by one in the time frame of 25 minutes so most of us were done before the rest got there food. The food is very hit or miss but don't recommend the catfish. Also the appetizer and salads come out after the rest of your food so don't recommend ordering at once which wasn't much of an option. read more

I'm not sure how this place has 4 stars... I have no problem with the expedited service here, but there's a few things you want to know before you go. First, the menu is not the colorful one that is posted as a shared photo on Yelp. I will post the latest menu photo. The prices are not the same, nor the selections. Second, my sister in law asked for hot tea, and didn't like it, because it was Lipton- very bland and basic. Third, my brother ordered a $5 sausage and cheese biscuit, which looked like a very small Mrs. B's frozen biscuit, with Kraft Singles processed, artificial, individually wrapped, plastic cheese. My sister in law specifically asked what kind of cheese would come on the biscuit, and if it was individually wrapped, because my brother didn't like that kind. The waitress said it was real cheese before it ever arrived... I ordered what used to be called "Staying Alive" on the old menu: two eggs, bacon, and grits. The new menu has everything separate and the 2 eggs are $4, bacon is $3, and grits are $3. $10 for the meal I'm about to post as a photo, so you can know what you're getting before you go. The bacon was very thin, and only 2 pieces; very sad. I live in Atlanta; if you're paying $10 for a similar breakfast at an independent cafe, you're getting appropriate amounts of decent food. Seriously, we could have gone to Waffle House and gotten the same thing for a cheaper price - not that I would make it a point to go to Waffle House for anything. Next, I'm a very aware person, who knows you shouldn't serve hot food on styrofoam. You'll be ingesting plastic faster than drinking from a plastic bottle, and many of us know what styrofoam and plastics are doing to the Earth; not that many people care, or are doing anything about it, by continually buying the products. So, they serve their piping hot grits in a styrofoam bowl on a paper plate. So much for the Great Awakening of awareness of the environment at this cafe - they're still asleep at the helm. read more

Little hole-in-the-wall diners are my favorite! And this place did not disappoint. Quaint, Bee Gees themed restaurant (their menu has things named after Bee Gees songs). I ordered two pancakes and bacon. My fiancé got the Trash Hash and cheese grits. My parents ordered an omelette and biscuits and gravy. Food was really good! We were greeted and served by the owner himself. He said that he desperately needs help...but he can't find good help in PCB. Food was served on disposable paper plates with plastic silverware. Honestly it's what I would expect for a local fundraiser breakfast only twice as expensive and without the fundraiser cause. Awesome little diner in a strip mall. Some of the best wings we've ever eaten- phenomenal! Caramel French Toast with bananas was so good and bacon is cooked right. Funnel cake is mediocre but there's a homemade cake under glass at the counter. Go give this local gem your business. Small inside with only 10 tables but we did pickup. When they close at 8pm, the grill shuts down at 7:30. We were only here for a couple days and ate here twice. read more

We went there for breakfast. We have been there several times, last time was in 2021. It used to be really good for diner food (and dont get me wrong-I like diner food). But today the food wasnt good and the service was awful. (1) we went in at 9am. Only 2 tables (total of 4 customers) were there. The waitress didn't even speak and pushed 2 menus out toward us and waved around at the tables. Hubby said, "So we just sit wherever?" She said yes. We sat down. When she came to take our order, we remembered they used to be cash only (have ATM inside), so he asked her if they take credit/debit. She didn't answer and looked irritated. He said "are you cash only? I know you used to be a while back." She answered "no we take cards." We ordered food. The 2 ladies at the table beside us--one got their food and the other waited at least 10 minutes before her food ever came out...no apology. Nothing. Then hubbys food came out and she brought my breakfast out and hubby said I had also ordered grits...and she seriously said "yes." And walked off. No refill on coffee was ever offered. I never got the grits. Hubbys hashbrowns had obviously been fried beside some strong onions. Yuck. We got up to pay and she said "sorry about your grits." I didnt even answer.
