The menu is the perfect size -- not overwhelming -- and everything is priced fairly for the quality you're getting. You can truly tell the food is made fresh. I started with two sides: the crawfish étouffée balls and the Zydeco shrimp. The étouffée balls were made in-house and packed with amazing flavor. The flash-fried shrimp had the perfect amount of crispiness and paired perfectly with that delicious Zydeco sauce they were coated in. After almost getting full from the appetizers alone, I still had to try the catfish Po'Boy -- and wow, that French bread was some of the freshest I've had! The catfish was seasoned perfectly, and the whole sandwich paired great with their homestyle fries. I highly recommend stopping by 2 Crazy Fellas. The food, freshness, and flavors speak for themselves. I already know I'll be back many more times!

I was very indecisive on my order as always cause that's how I roll. I did have the fried catfish it was really good. We arrived at 5:30 and we were told that it would be about an hour to wait, but were seated in about 25 minutes. Our waitress Sarah was the cutest, sweetest little thing. She was happy to answer all our questions and checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We started with the Crawfish bread and it was AMAZING!!!! It was my favorite part of the whole night. Think of a bread that is perfectly soft, but also has a perfect light crunch on the outside and then cut it in half and top it with a yummy creamy cheesy crawfish dip and pop it in the oven. It was sooooo good! For the main course we tried their special of the day; Blackened Redfish Thibodaux. It is a blackened redfish topped with crispy fried onions and crawfish etouffee served over popcorn rice. My husband devoured the whole thing. He said it had an amazing flavor. We also ordered the 3 piece blackened catfish with fries and hush puppies. The fish had a perfect Cajun seasoning flavor along with the butter it was cooked in and is served with lemon to squeeze on top. It was really tasty as well. Don't skip out on the fries though, because they are just as good as everything else. We loved them too! We ended the night with their homemade pecan praline bread pudding and ice cream. While we did enjoy this dish, it's not the best one we have ever had. The sauce is a little thicker like gravy and we would have preferred more of a true caramel sauce. All in all we both agreed that it was worth the drive from the Memphis area and we will definitely be back!! Give them a try if you are ever near Hernando.

We waited awhile for a table, but we didn't mind as we had nothing else to do. The place is on the small side, but we didn't feel cramped. From the minute we walked in, everyone was friendly and the place feels welcoming. The food... to die for!!! The stuffed crawfish bread... delicious! Crab stuffed grouper... oh my, so good! Bacon wrapped beef tenderloin... yes, please! And to top it all off, the infamous bread pudding... do NOT pass it up!!! I cannot wait to go back.

The restaurant is described as Latin/Mexican, though we noticed the kitchen staff didn't appear to be Latin or Hispanic, which stood out to us. One thing that surprised us was that chips and salsa are not complimentary. The menu itself is huge--burgers, quesadillas, bowls, fried fish, wings, and more--so it felt more like a mix of different cuisines than a traditional Mexican spot. We did order the chips and salsa, and honestly, that ended up being the best thing we had. For our entrées, I ordered the fried fish and my husband got the BBQ shrimp quesadilla. His quesadilla was extremely runny and messy, and the only flavor that really came through was the BBQ sauce it was heavily covered in. My fried fish portion was generous, but the flavor was just okay. I ended up eating only about two pieces. I also tried the blood orange margarita, which was decent but tasted like it barely had any alcohol in it. Overall, the service was pleasant, but the food and drinks didn't impress us enough to make us want to return.
