The shrimp toast was SUPER salty and the toast was shockingly soggy. I thought it would've been like bruschetta bread texture so I was disappointed. The avocado wasn't ripe enough yet so the pieces were very hard. Maybe the chef was having a bad day. I can see the dish having potential.
