During my…read moreschedule exam, they asked me if I wanted a $50 additional ser ice that was going to give me.more indepth info than getting the regular dilation drops but it wasn't xover by insurance. I agreed to it and proceeded to head back to get my appointment started. I see the staff preparing the drops, after questioning why I paid if I was getting the drops anyway she told me I needed both. After some arguing, I was moved through the examination process without the dilation drops. The doctors was knowledgeable and friendly. Moving on to the end of the exam were they for you for contacts and glasses, I explain to the staff member that I won't be buying any contacts or glasses but just getting my scripts. She begins arguing with me that I have money that I can use from my insurance and that I should waste it and buy something. This goes on for a while. And I finally leave with my script. My appointment was 2 hrs and 45 mins long. A couple months later I'm going to purchase glasses online and realize that I only have my script for my contacts, I call and ask of I can get one for my glasses and they tell me that I just need to stop over and pick it up. I drive there, I very much felt like a huge inconvenience. I'm not sure why the people working the front are so incredibly rude but they are. We ended up in yet another argument when I asked for my pd # and the immediate response was you didn't but your glasses here so I am not required to give that to you. It literally takes 2 seconds to measure my head, but even still, if you shouldn't be in business if you going to have arrogance and rudeness working your Frontline. Most people buy glasses online these days, good luck with your crappy attitude, and lack of empathy for people who are on a budget or just plain out don't like the the style of your glasses. I would go to Sam's Club before I ever step foot in this place again. Hell, I would give myself and eye exam first.

The doctor could not have been more rude and unprofessional. She was demeaning and cold. Started our visit off on "We are going to start off on the wrong foot." A better approach would have maybe been saying "Hello my name is Dr. Hanley". She came in told my 4 year old child to "go sit on a chair". Then condesendingly told me what contact lens wearers "know". "Contact lens wearers know they need their eyes examined every year". "Contact lens wearers know to change 30 day contacts every 30 days". "Contact lens wearers know to take the contacts out at night". I could go on but that is the gist. I have never met this lady. You think for one minute I was going to have an open mind and heed anything she said after being so condescending? She knew she did it but could not control her unprofessionalism by continually saying "let's start over". I said I was uncomfortable and walked out. Never would step foot in that office or recommend to anyone. The other staff was lovely, kind and professional. For the doctor, horrendous. I wish I could give negative stars.

I sat there for over an hour. If I hadn't been a loyal patient to him, I would have changed years ago. I think the office as a whole needs to get their stuff together to improve how they run their office.

I couldn't see Dr…read more Nath because of insurance purposes but because the office was new, local and staff seemed very pleasant I chose to see Dr. Cakanac, located in her office. I had an eye exam, was given a script for bifocals and out the door I went . I purchased my eyewear down the street, and after finally getting them I noticed my vision was worse with the glasses! So I returned to Dr. Cakanac to see if it was the glasses or needed a better eye exam. Glasses were correct, however now he finds I have cataracts, cataracts! How can you not see that? Well he prescribed another stronger bifocal! Ok, what do I know, I just want to see. Get the new glasses and my vision was pretty much like I just putting coke bottles on my eyes, couldn't see a thing! I made an appointment with Dr. Nath, being that it's her office and now would see me because I have cataracts. She said surgery, I said wait no other option? No, that's was my only option. I would have liked to of heard this at my first visit. I told her I spent 265$ on eye wear, too bad I guess because they refuse to reimburse me for the mistake they made! Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied! I hope no one goes to this place, they do not own up to their mistakes, can't trust them at all.
