We were leaving the mall and somehow found ourselves peering in the case looking at all the scrumptious desserts. We didn't need anything; however, that didn't stop us. The coffee was smooth, the baked goods looked divine and they kept trying to convince you to buy more right until you left the booth. Welcoming environment, friendly staff, thank goodness I was full, otherwise, I would have kept spending.

The store is located next to mall entrance 4. There is plenty of parking in the evening during weekdays. The storefront is beautiful. I was mesmerized by how gorgeous it looked the first time and still feel the same way. If you are feeling fancy, you can order a latte with a printed design on top. Their coffee machine has different designs to choose from. I also like that you can get dairy-free options in your latte, such as oat or almond beverage. I loved my latte. It had a touch of sugar, which I appreciated. It tasted yummy and hit the spot. This dessert place is known for making sweet sushi. It looks like sushi, but in dessert form. It takes three days to make one sweet sushi roll. It looked like a lot of work to put it together. I have had the Oreo sushi. It was sweet, but not to the point where I felt that my teeth were disintegrating in front of me. I loved how soft the interior was and how nicely it held together by the chocolate exterior coating. Yummy! What brings me back to this store is the fine assortment of desserts. The store also has sugar-free options that I dig. I've had the following items so far: - Lemon macaron - Lemon tart - Cake pop (sugar-free) - Magnum filled with mousse The lemon macaron was awesome. I love tart lemon and this macaron had it. The lemon tart was equally as tart (pun unintended, but it's kind of funny that it should be) and delicious. It had more crust than I would have liked, though. I'm more of a filling person. Delicious nonetheless! The cake pop was moist and yummy. It was the right portion size, except that I wanted five more of them. It was delicious. The magnum was super delicate. I loved the white chocolate on the outside and the decadent mousse inside. It was a bit heavy that I couldn't hold it by the stick and eat it. All of these goodies were not overly sweet. It felt decadent eating each dessert item. It was nice treating myself to these goodies. I will give a croissant a try next time. There's so much to check out, including cakes and cheesecakes. Staff are warm and helpful. I love that they describe each dessert item that I'm curious about with so much passion. I'll be back again for more. (326)

Tip: Collect My Crumbs rewards and redeem them for goods…read more It was a soggy, downpour of a Saturday. I was heading home, driving along highway 7. I remembered seeing this Crumbl store in Woodbridge, which is next door to Nations Fresh Foods. I decided to place an order and drop by. What was special about last week was that Crumbl had a lemon cake. I have had it before. It's excellent. I needed to get one. I parked closer to Nations and placed my order through the Crumbl app: - Lemon cake - 24-ounce (medium) EZ breezy I paid. I then took my umbrella and walked over to Crumbl. It was exceptionally busy at roughly 4;45 pm. Everyone was standing around. I frankly didn't know where I should be. There were a couple of self-serve kiosks where you could place your order. No one was there. There must have been at least fifteen teenagers who spoke French the entire time. They were lined up against the wall. This store has a washroom. It was my first time being in a Crumbl store with one open to the public. There was a young woman in front of me who kept on looking back at me and everyone else. It was weird and annoying. I saw my name on the screen. I was thrilled that my order was being made. I heard my name. My EZ breeze beverage was ready. The nice man handed it to me along with a straw. It was a bit difficult to poke my straw through the lid. Some of drink came up on the lid. I slurped it like the person who doesn't want a drop wasted because this drink was $7.55 before taxes. I will say that this drink was excellent. The EZ (I keep saying e-zed because I'm Canadian) breezy had Diet Coke, regular ice, sugar-free coconut, a lime wedge, and coconut cream. It had the perfect coconut-lime combination that I craved, along with Diet Coke. I was thrilled that it was a sugar-free drink that didn't suck. It took maybe an extra five minutes before my lemon cake was ready. The staring-behind woman stopped staring when I got my drink, followed by my cake. At Crumbl, staffers open the box to show you your dessert items. It was my first time seeing a staffer open up the box and accidentally squash some of the lemon cream cheese frosting on my lemon cake with his huge thumb. It was a bit sad seeing someone destroy a part of my cake before I got to. I don't think there's a policy to fix a cake that a staffer has messed up. I didn't think about it when it happened and simply took it. It would be yummy, whether the frosting was messed up or not. I put my lemon cake in a reusable bag to protect it from the rain and headed to my car. I then drove home, continuing to drink my EZ breezy. Delicious! I had the lemon cake later on in the evening. It was yummy just as I had remembered it. The cake was fluffy. The lemon tartness was perfect. The cream cheese frosting was lemony and heavenly. I was thrilled that I got to enjoy this cake again. I should try coming here after work and see whether it's busy. I had a good experience, despite having cake with a bonus thumbprint. (223)
