I also appreciate there is a rack with half priced day old breads. When you have really high quality bread you can still enjoy it a day later. We actually came here two mornings in a row and enjoyed a nice number of coffee selections. Each day the line flexed from just 1-2 people to lining up outside the door and after the first sip of day 1 coffee (caramel macchiato, hot): I could see why. This is the real deal. A real coffee shop where your expert barista concocts your drink fresh for each order. Day 2 coffees we mixed it up a bit - a "black squirrel" (mocha with extra shots of espresso) and an iced oat milk drink. Really great flavor and the perfect way to start our day. There is limited indoor seating if you wish to stay for awhile to work on a fresh baked bakery item (the case had at least 10 options to choose from - all looked really good). There is also some outdoor seating available in front of the entrance. Both days, we elected to take our drinks to go and stroll through the downtown Kent area while enjoying the delicious coffees. Tips: 1) the menu is available inside - on the back wall and also on a banner over a bank of windows to the "right" of the bakery case.
