I've had them at other locations before but I had visitors visiting from Edmonton who were visiting Niagara Falls so we grabbed a dozen croissants to share. They had so many varieties it was hard to choose but my favorite ones that I usually go for include: -Truffle Crab -Salted Egg yolk -Raspberry Panna Cotta / Strawberry Purée Custard -Honey Citrus / Lemon Cream Glazed Service was a little slow and unorganized despite them being opened already for a few months. They said 6 croissants and no tax but one of the girls told us we can mix and match with the croffles but when we went to pay they said we couldn't. When we went to pay they were struggling so hard with the point system. I do however appreciate them trying to figure out how it worked. So eventually they said I can only collect points and not redeem which was fine. I went back a second time cause I was thirsty and ordered one of their drinks that they said was available but then the girl looked at the other girl and then looked back at me and said it's not available soooo. Because this location is located in the food court at Fallsview Casino, they also take Momentum Dollars.

This has to be the worst crumble location that I have been to. The area where you place and…read moreretrieve your order is always dirty crowded. Every Crumble location that I have been to has a digital menue board that usally informs you if a specific item is sold out. Unfortunately the niagara falls location doesn't bother informing you of what's available. Instead they let you place and pay for your order then come up too you afterwards to let you know what's not available and try to replace it with whatever undesirable cookies are left over. This is what happened to me on a Saturday in June. After I had placed my order one of there unenthusiastic workers told me that some of the cookies that I had ordered were not available. I wasn't impressed with what cookies they had left over so I asked for a refund. I then proceeded to wait for 12 Minutes while two employees worked on trying to figure out how to refund my money. To be honest it felt like they were pretending like they didn't know how to process a refund in hopes that I would just take whatever cookies they had leftover. After receiving my refund there was no apologies for not receiving the original order that I placed or for the ridiculous time it took to give me a refund.

Every single time I visit, I'm blown away by how they whip up each drink with such amazing flavors. The bursting boba is always spot-on. I've played around with so many flavor combos, and I can't say I've ever been disappointed--well, maybe just once when my drink had a bit too much lemon for my taste and not enough raspberry, but that's really rare for them as it was a first for me! The pad Thai--it's seriously the only thing I ever order because it's absolutely amazing! It always comes out hot and full of flavor that never lets me down. I can't recommend this place enough! Absolutely a five-star experience! If you haven't been yet, you really need to check it out--you'll be so glad you did!

We ordered the papaya salad, vermicelli combo, and the beef pho combo. The papaya salad was extremely disappointing. It wasn't quite Thai style and it wasn't quite Vietnamese style. It was a blend of the two and turned out sweet and nutty. It was misssing a lot of the elements that made papaya salad normally so satisfying and refreshing. There was no sour, no savory, and no kick at all. The vermicelli salad was not good at either. All of the meats were overcooked and lacked any flavor. The shrimp in particular was rubbery and barely paletable. The egg roll tasted like cheap Chinese restaurant eggroll. They also left the eggroll whole so I had to rip it to pieces by hand. The dressing was very mild and did not bring out any other flavors in the dish. Instead, it watered down any flavors that may have been there. A dash of strong fish sauce could have made the dish do-able, but when I asked for some, they brought out more of the weak dressing that the dish came with. The only saving grace was the pho. It wasn't top notch but the broth was a good mix of herbal and beefy and hit the spot. If you come here, just get the pho and save yourself the heartache and disappointment. My wife was so disappointed that after we left, I ordered papaya salad from Mandalay Restaurant down the road so she can get her papaya fix. To the restaurant, you guys have such a nice spot. Fall in love with your food again and bring forth some bold and authentic flavors. It's easy to get complacent when you are one of a few spots that have this type of food. You are unique enough to stand out in Buffalo, New York, but these dishes and flavors won't fly anywhere else. I know you are better than this.
