I happened to be in VT for the weekend but needed to return home for a Friendsgiving celebration back in November. I didn't have enough time to plan properly, and found Tammy and her cakes online. I gave her a call, and she was so sweet. She told me she could bake me whatever cake I wanted and turn it around by the next day. I went with a chocolate and blood orange cake. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. My friends were raving about it! And I'm not a big cake person, but that was probably one of the best cakes I have had in my life!
