We had an 8 inch cutting cake and about 16 pies in four different flavors. She was able to bake them all in glass pie dishes so we could beautifully display them before and during the wedding. Our guests keep telling us how scrumptious the pies were and how beautiful our wedding cake looked. It was delightful working with Alison, she was so easy to talk to and make arrangements with. I know she does baking for all kinds of occasions and I can't wait to work with her again in the future.

The hard part was narrowing down the options, because everything we tasted was outstanding. We ended up with macaroons, shortbread, hand pies, chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodles, two different types of sandwich cookies, and glazed doughnuts with vanilla bean cream. Months after our wedding, our friends and family still rave to us about those doughnuts! Our only regret is that we didn't save a couple of them for ourselves, because they went fast. Shiel was incredibly professional and easy to work with, and we were excited to be able to support and up-and-coming Vermont baker. Jam Bakery was the perfect choice for our wedding, and we can't wait to track down some of her treats the next time we are in Vermont!
