Walking in I was drawn to the setting of the place as it is very welcoming, minimal display and a decent sitting area. The real treat however was the Salted Caramel Bar as just after one bite, I was a full convert to becoming their fan right there and then. Not only is it huge, but there is plenty of very sweet and amazing caramel inside which oozes out as you eat through it. After discovering my new love interest in the brownie, I stood up to go meet the owner of the bakery. She shared that she and her sister had started this place and it was still relatively new. I complimented them for their artistry and asked them to be on Yelp, as that is the only place I get my recommendations. I drove home after buying another bar and kept it in the trunk so I do not have easy access to it.
