The customer service was truly some of the best we've ever experienced, and Toby was incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping us find the right bikes. She took the time to answer every question we had and clearly knew everything there is to know about e-bikes. What really stood out was how much she cared about making sure we got the perfect bikes for our needs. She encouraged us to take a test ride and walked us through all the features so we felt completely confident in our decision. There was never any pressure -- just great guidance and expertise. We ended up with two Mokwheel Basalt ST 2 bikes, and we absolutely love them. The whole experience was fun, informative, and seamless. Honestly, the experience was so great that every time we go back to Pismo Beach, we'll want to stop in and say hi. That's the kind of impression they made on us. Lovely day at Morro Bay with this boat ride being a real highlight. We had a group of 10 (including…read more2 children) and there was plenty of space on the boat. We had a morning rental for 2 hours, which I think was more than enough to make a few loops around the bay. The staff member was very courteous and thorough with taking us through how to operate the boat, restrictions on where to go, and making sure we had everything (even provided blankets since it was an overcast day). The boat is easy to handle, and it's pretty easy to follow where you're allowed to go. We saw plenty of wildlife - sea lions, birds, and best of all otters, including a mom and her pup swimming exactly at the boat dock. There is street parking right in front, and a hotel bathroom in the same building. They also provide binoculars for close up viewing. A good way to explore more of Morro Bay!

We were just thinking what to do, when a family on a surrey passed us up and the boy said, "I want to do that!" And away we went. Lady working the front (owner?) couldn't have been more friendly and the price was really reasonably ($20-30/hr depending on the bike). After signing away my first born and shelling out $20 we were on our way. The two-seater was a bit snug but the three of us--despite my prodigious girth--managed to fit on it. We made it to Morro Rock and turned around and were back in a little under 45min. Trust me that's more than enough time when you're doing most of the pedaling because the boy thinks he's named after Lance Armstrong. Return was quick and easy, and we were on our way to a well-deserved lunch. Highly recommended. Would def do this again.

Such a fun experience at Santa Margarita Ranch Ziplining! The adventure honestly starts the minute…read moreyou arrive. You check in at the main office downtown, then hop on a tour bus to the ranch property. Our driver was super informative and entertaining along the way. The drive itself felt like part of the experience with bumpy ranch roads, multiple gates, gorgeous scenery, and a real behind the scenes feel of the property. Once you arrive, the staff gets you geared up with all the safety equipment and everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and great with all ages. After gearing up, you take an old Army style jeep up the mountain and that ride alone was an adventure Super rickety, steep, and fun! We felt very safe the entire time because before every single zip line, the staff carefully checked everyone's safety gear and connections. There are 6 zip lines total and each one is different with spectacular views that change throughout the course. One thing to know is that you should be in reasonably good shape because there are mini hikes between some of the zip lines. There are lots of water stations along the course, which was great, but the experience is definitely active and you do not want to hold up the group. Totally worth it though and such a memorable Central Coast adventure for families, couples, teens, and adventurous kids!

A great time was had. Anyone wanting to try but nervous the boat might be hard to drive it wasn't. The guy helping us compared it to driving a golf cart. Very easy to drive and the ride was smooth.
