The estimate seems fair and reasonable so we had them do the clearing right then and there. He estimated 3 loads and it was exactly 3 loads. They let us designate what to keep and what to toss - unfortunately, it was almost all toss, but still was exactly the price quoted. We had items that furnished a 4 bedroom house that ALL needed to be removed. They called about an hour before the scheduled time, just as they said they would. Arrived on time and were very courteous. Removed everything that needed to be removed except for a few items that wouldn't fit on to the trailer. They suggested leaving it in the driveway so that we didn't have to stay at the house, and they'd come back to pick the rest up on a second trip, free of charge. One of the man's names was Sean, and the other slips my mind at the moment. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the amount of labor put it and the volume of items they take away. We needed some junk taken out from our garage (we live in Woodland), and when I called to get an estimate the gentlemen on the phone was VERY clear about what the process would be and he said I could text him pictures of what we needed to be removed (what needed removing was a very old junky piano and exercise bike) and that he would send me a quote.
