We really liked what the owner had to say, in regard to how they do the work, and why they do it so well, along with their warranty. Another reason we chose Sandoval, is because they stuck to what they do best (roofing), and partnered with a small, really knowledgeable, solar company that they worked closely with, who reinstalled our solar panels better than they had been. We had been reluctant to fix our roof because we didn't know how to handle the solar. Sandoval Roofing beautifully took care of this worry of ours. We were so impressed that we decided to hire them a second time to fix up the entire roof. Once again, we were very pleased with the quality of work & the outcome. Update: Alma reached out 36 hours after posting this review and apologized for the poor communication and apologized for not honoring their ad, which the woman (Alli) said they pulled. I called upon Roofing Specialists (Robert), to address what appeared to be a noticeable drip down the side of my home just below the eave. It appeared to be something small and wanted to confirm this, so I turned to the pros to check this out. What appeared to be small was actually a bigger problem that was only discovered by Robert after a close examination. Cracked roof tiles allowed rainwater to drip underneath and damaged some of the wood. This, along with flashing around the chimney caused intrusions that needed repair. Everything identified was backed by actual photographs showing what was needed. After receiving the quote, work was scheduled shortly thereafter and his team arrived on time which was completed in half of a day. Throughout the repair, I receive photographs showing the problems, the work that was underway during and after it was completed. They were conscious of leaving the yard around the work area cleaned from any debris and upon completion, you could not detect anyone performed work on the roof. This company is top notch and I recommend anyone seeking their services to retain them for issues, large or small. Scheduling was fast, which helped keep the overall solar project timeline on track, and the roofing crew was professional throughout. Cleanup was also very good each day, which we appreciated. The finished roof looks great as far as we can tell, and the work appears clean and well done. One thing we especially appreciated was the responsiveness from the office team. Since scheduling happened so quickly, we did not have much time to choose a roofing color, and they took the extra time to personally drop off physical samples so we could see them in person before making a final decision.
