I wanted to know about his house, yard, and where would my dog, Ziggy sleep at night. Mike was able to provide full details without making me feel rushed or hurried. I guess he knew I was a little uncomfortable. It is hard leaving your pet in someone else's care for a short or extended period of time. After speaking with him, I felt comfortable, and more at ease with leaving my dog there. During Ziggy's stay, Mike sent me pictures throughout the day. She's in the Encino area and we live in Ventura County and make frequent trips into LA to see our daughters at UCLA. We feel Lucky to do business with Sleepover Rover because they have boarders like Robin! When we arrive Sophie is always excited to go and that means she is enjoying her experience there, with me? The feedback was that my 8 month old puppy moved her head while trying to cut her face. She's a puppy. Also, was recommended a shitzu cut when I have a Lhasa apso. Overall, I did not feel appreciated and paid $100 for lousy customer service where I really did not welcome in their establishment. Which is crazy, because I have a really sweet dog that loves everyone and everyone loves back. It was just so weird. Still searching for a good fit for a groomer. I know there is competition in the area and other grooming businesses that are aware that customer service and client relationships are how you build a strong following and enjoy successful longevity as a business owner.
