The staff came across as cold, abrasive, and argumentative whenever concerns were raised. A warm and helpful attitude can go a long way when food issues happen, but unfortunately that wasn't our experience. If you're expecting fresh toppings like guacamole and sour cream, you may be disappointed. The food felt like corners were being cut rather than care being put into the meal. Even the horchata was disappointing and tasted watered down. Honestly, we'd have been much more willing to give the restaurant another chance if the service had been friendly and receptive. Fresh ingredients, better food preparation, and kinder customer service would make a huge difference. Our family won't be returning for now, but we hope the owners make some improvements because this place has potential.
