My first impression so far is great customer service. I didnt get the owner of the businesses name, but he seemed really friendly and that would be a big part of me coming back. The truck seemed really clean and they had places to sit to eat outside. The food is great, I ordered the Chicken Biyrani and butter chicken. The flavors were great! The only reason I gave a 4 out of five was due to the chicken was still on a drumstick which I am okay with, but it makes it hard to eat on the go or in the sitting area without getting your hands so messy. I give reviews off the whole experience and in this case 4 out of 5 stars just due to the fact I will be needing too many napkins and convenience of the prep of the chicken in the biyrani. read more

First, the address is correct. Yes, it's in the back of the parking lot at the gas station across from the Red Apple grocery store. Nothing wrong with the address/location. This new food truck offers unique global fusion Indian cuisine. In addition to the menu shown in the photos, there are also usually daily specials (one or two). Everything we have tried from here (we're working our way through the menu) has been great. If you're expecting traditional Indian food, you're not going to get that. Sure, some of the components are traditional, but it's the sum of these components that makes this food both interesting and delicious. Spicy heat levels can be adjusted to your taste (just ask). They just added a couple of picnic tables yesterday (4 August 2025) and are planning to add a canopy for dining soon. Absolutely delicious! I didn't think to take any pictures because I was so excited to dig in. I had the butter chicken and my husband had tikki masala. We also had an order of garlic naan and got the kids a pepperoni pizza and a dessert and mango lassi. Unbelievable value for the amount of food and quality that we got. Tried Kzam food truck and it was amazing! The service was wonderful and the food was delicious, and large portions. It's such a great addition to the food options in Sultan. There are so many gluten free options too and they can make the food any spice level you want. I also loved that they had pizza options for my kids. I've eaten here a couple times now and everything has been fresh and delicious. I love how light and flavorful the pizza bread is, and the flavor combos are a nice change from the standard fair of other local pizza options. The Samosa is bigger than I expected. Note: yelp's location is inaccurate, we found it in the parking lot of the Mann station a few blocks away, which is their permanent location. We were just going through town but wanted to try this and are so glad we did! Kenny helped us and was so kind and friendly. They make the food fresh, so it takes a few minutes but is well worth the wait. We ordered a samosa, butter chicken, chicken biriyani, the lacha paratha bread, mango lassi, and rose milk drink. Every. Single. Item. Was five stars for us! Butter chicken is always a classic, but the chicken biriyani was my favorite! The samosa also had great flavor, not dry and bland like some I've had. Best mango lassi I have ever had. Usually I don't care for it in particular. The rose milk was a new experience and delicious, pretty sweet. There are two picnic tables available to sit out outside. First and foremost Kenny and Zuresh are wonderful people and that still counts even if we didn't go there to meet wonderful people. Secondly, this pizza was a veritable cornucopia of flavors! We got the Aachari Chicken pizza and in addition to the party of tastes the dough was great, almost like Naan and pizza dough careened into each other for the sake of greatness!
