Farm to table, they raise the cattle they serve. We had a pianist playing for dinner, and she was quite good. As to the food, my wife decided to order their BLTA which was bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado for her dinner. It came with a dish of cole slaw, which was emboldened with some jalepeno - very nice! She said the bacon was very tasty and good on the sandwich. I ordered their filet mignon with a side of their smashed potatoes, which were covered with cheese and bacon chunks. The filet was served with a green chimichurra sauce and a combination of sour creme and horseradish. I went all in on the sour creme and horseradish sauce - it was delightful. The steak was cooked to order. The bathrooms were clean. The service was very strong. The abiance her is butchershop/restaurant/brewery. The back bar was set up nicely - they had a variety of alcohol and non-alcohol drinks. Kid friendly (keep them out of the brewery) and just a nice place to visit!
