In addition to this survey for our tenant, John provided a free survey of our rooftop while he was here. The thing I appreciated was John's professionalism and honesty during his review. He provided some suggestions that we could take care of on our own, and he provided a quotation for what he thought needed to be fixed in the near term. Going above and beyond: there was a hole in a duct cover which was left by a tenant working on the rooftop, and John went ahead and patched up the hole right there on the spot. He didn't need to do this, but the issue was minor and could be done, and John got it fixed on the spot.

This caused issues for me for other appointments I shifted around. When I expressed my frustrations regarding the time changes, I was told "He didn't have to be lectured "COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's not about lecturing it's about learning time management, remember you are running a business and the people you work with have schedules too.
