If that did not work, then he said that the flashing might need to be replaced. He quoted me a very reasonable cost. Unfortunately, the leak continued after the sealer was applied. He arranged for a workman to replace the flashing before the next big storm. There is no more leakage. I offered to send in an additional check for the follow up repair. He indicated that it was covered in the initial quote. As long as Nushake roofing is still in business, I will never use anyone else. He made the assessment himself, spotted the problems then gave me an estimate on the spot. He then texted me a contract which I Docusigned. We set up an appointment for March 31. On March 29 Ezekiel called me if I was available Monday, March 30 for the roofing job. He said there's a rain in the forecast starting Tuesday through Thursday and he wanted to get the work done before the rain. Of course I agreed because I was worried too for the rain because it will cause some leaks inside the house again. So they came and worked on the roof today from about 10 am to 4pm. He sent 4 guys for the job. After the job was completed, he sent me pictures taken by the workers and I compared them to the pictures he had taken when he made the assessment himself. My husband and I are happy for the service they had done. They also cleaned our gutters!! They cleaned the surroundings of the house for the debris and dust. Very Satisfied customer here!!! Highly recommend them just like how my niece recommended them to me.

We saved for a while and, like most people, shopped around for quotes. We got quotes from 6 different roofers. We have a roughly 1600 sq ft home and were quoted upwards of $23K for a roof replacement by some companies. This was not including any potential dry rot replacement or gutters, of which we figured there may have been some dry rot. We were getting really stressed out not only because of the prices we were quoted, but the lack of connection as well. This was a huge investment on our part and, while perfectly cordial, most interactions felt surface-level. That was until we had the opportunity to meet Josue. You won't find anyone else who will work harder or care more about making sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process while also offering the most affordable prices. COST: More than reasonable. After we shopped around for quotes, he not only had the best price, but also the best value. Hands down the best "bang for your buck" if this is your top priority. While very conscientious of making sure no materials were wasted and walked us through every step of the process. COMMUNICATION: Josue is not only extremely communicative, he is also a pleasure to speak to. He will get back to you within 24 hours and will answer every question you may have and address any concern as well. He is kind, professional, comprehensive, and speedily gets back to you. WORK CREW/QUALITY OF WORK: Josue's team worked expeditiously and was very mindful to make sure that any "mess" left behind was picked up at the end of each work day so we wouldn't find ourselves inconvenienced by any mess. They were sure to blow any debris away and had a large trailer to dump everything. Whenever I spoke to anyone on the crew they were each kind and communicative as well. A direct reflection/extension of what you would experience in your interactions with Josue. He really has a wonderful team. As far as the quality of work goes, the roof looks truly amazing. We are incredibly happy with the work and thankful we found Josue. Initially, we weren't sure which shingle color we would use and without hesitating, Josue offered to drop off several samples for us to use and compare so we could confidently select what we felt was best for us. The roof looks clean and is marvelously crafted. UNFORESEEN OBSTACLE: We did have a permit issue with the city regarding an overhang attachment to our home, but again, Josue went up to bat for us. I was very stressed out to hear we would not be able to move forward with this area of the house (not Josue's fault), and he calmly and patiently walked me through the process and told me not to worry that his crew could come back and knock out the area quickly at a later time. PERSONAL NOTE: Nowadays it feels rare to have such an exceptional experience with a company of any sort. It's a really big purchase and everything can admittedly seem stressful and you're worried about making such a large investment, but I'm happy to say that was not our experience with Josue and his team. They went above and beyond the call to make sure we felt comfortable, informed, taken care of, and heard. Josue even lent us his dumpster so we could get rid of a lot of personal waste we had in our backyard (of which there was a ton). We were quoted less than another company quoted our neighbors, and now they wish they would have contacted Manteca Roofing! Not only did they pay $5,000 more, they got far less quality material and a shorter warranty! The crew started at the promised date and time. Communication through out the process was perfect. Each morning the crew arrived on time and ready to work from the moment they stepped out of the trucks! At the end of the workday they left my property cleaned up and tidy. We did have some spots of dry rot due to the age and quality of our existing roof. It was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. The work was done ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier!
