6/25/26: Since it was my first time at Quality Car Care, I decided to just purchase the no-frills exterior single car wash for $14.99. There were some extra touches that were included for the price. If I had gotten these extra touches at my last car wash, they would've charged additional money. I was really impressed how organized this car wash operates. Hadrian (hope I didn't get his name wrong) appeared to be one of the lead guys here. He was very helpful. After the car was washed and dried, I checked it out. It was nice and clean with no scratches etc.... Definitely returning to Quality Car Care for future car washes. read more

Never go there. Worst wash service in entire New Jersey. charged $26. No interior, no exterior done not even proper vacuumin, no exterior cleaning. They just poured some water on car that's it! Fast service. Staff isnt overly enthusiastic but the girl at checkout was nice. My husband came here and was happy with his car so we came back for mine. We both purchased the Gold package. I liked that the interior wasn't overly greasy. The back seat could have used a little wiping but other than that I can't complain! The store was fully stocked with car essentials and snacks. i explained I had car seats that need to be vacuumed and they recommended a $70 package that I purchased. I got in the car and the back seat had crumbs. TERRIBLE PLACE. and they refused to vacuum it. the guy suggested I "take care of him" with money on the side for a more thorough cleaning. read more

Ok, I don't use yelp for bad reviews ever. I usually just move on, but what happened to us at our last visit here is abysmal. I drive a brand new car, I brought it here for a presidential wash and they always do actually a pretty good job. The next time I used my driver side car door handle it was completely broken. The gentleman tried to sit there and fix it which was very nice and then proceeded to tell me to bring it to the dealer and complain when clearly this place broke my car handle on top of that since I need a new handle it needed to be fixed and it's going to cost me 900 dollars. They offered nothing in return. They offered absolutely nothing no sympathy no hey can we pay for this wash. This place knows nothing about customer service. Stay away!! Shlike be minus 5 stars. I paid $40 for a car wash they were supposed vacuum the trunk it wasn't vacuumed. cup holders were not cleaned. I called to complain with 5 minutes and was told they don't clean cup holder. I could have paid 15 for an exterior wash thats basically what they did for almost $40. I have gone here several times. All employees have been nice and responsive to me. However, the cleaning job they do on my car is just average. Sometimes there is still dust on some areas inside the car. A bit of bird poop was still on my windshield. Rims still a bit dirty. In a pinch, it's an ok place to get the car cleaned but don't expect perfection. I would actually give them 2.5 stars if I could. Just average. read more

Quality has gone downhill since they moved from hand wash to machines a few yrs back. Not getting value for the cost. Prices have increased significantly over time. Wheels not fully washed. Interior cleaning and the wipe down to dry car are not thorough. read more

Should have trusted the reviews but it's very hard to find a decent hand wash around here. Paid $28 for the "Platinum Wash" which is supposed to include a decent interior cleaning. I know it's not a detailing, but this is what I got in the back seat when they just flung the rubber mats back in. The truck is brand new so not like it has years of dirt build up And they didn't even vacuum or wipe oUt the rear tray. Now I have to go home and wipe everything down. Find some place else. I used to come here all the time. The service has gotten only worse over the past couple years. Recently they scratched my drivers side window and the owner was incredibly rude and refused to help remedy the situation. He even lied and said he "reviewed the footage and never saw an employee go to my window." My car was not only dirty after the wash, that ended up being over $30, but i now had a scratched window that the owner refused to assist with. I will never come back to this place again. They are not worth ANYONE'S business. read more

Very disappointed at the value and service here. My spouse told me that it had gone down hill and it is clear they have. I spoke to a the team lead and though he was nice nothing was done. Additionally he informed the the starting lead is responsible for ensuring the vacuum inside is thorough. It is obvious they are rushing car and not taking care. I am sad as this place was my go to, now I guess I will be giving my business to the car wash on rt 10 around the circle. They did not even clean the windows very well. read more

I've come back here a couple of times hoping it would be better but continue to come away disappointed. I paid for the silver wash (about $30) which should be a solid interior and exterior clean with tire shine. Sadly, the interior was barely wiped down. Plus, the tire shine was all over the rims. The floor mats weren't removed and washed. The top of the car was splattered with dry soap. Perhaps they were understaffed. The crew is always nice, but lots of details overlooked. I came home and spent a half hour cleaning up everything. read more

WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK I was selling my car - a Mercedes 350 convertible. I brought it to Quality where I've been going for years because it's convenient and got the best car wash you could get. When I got home I noticed the lever that's used to push the driver's seat up so someone could get in the back seat was ripped off. Not a cheap fix. I found the lever in the back seat. There was no way it could have fallen off. It had to be ripped off when someone tried to get into the back seat and the automatic front seat wasn't moving fast enough. I went back to the car wash and asked to talk to the owner and was told the owner has instructed the cashier not to give out his name. So I asked to talk to the manager who conveniently wasn't there. Then I asked for his phone number but that can't be given out either. So I was told to leave a note and my phone number. No one ever got back to me. Most expensive car wash I ever got! read more

Disgusting car wash... Decided to pay for the most expensive package because I wanted the interior vacuumed. I honestly wasn't expecting much, I just wanted the interior to be a little cleaner. Even with my expectations being so low, I came out disappointed. Just a sad business they have going on. If you do come here to wash your car, just pay for the most expensive package, lower your expectations to NOTHING, and then MAYBE just MAYBE you might come out satisfied. Paid almost $60 for the services to get the dashboard cleaned, interior vaccuumed and get the bird stain out of my car.... I can still see dirt on my dashboard, the console area of my car still had some crumbs, the back of my car still had sand, and to top it off, there was still remnants of bird poop on the car. I've been to cheaper car wash and had better / cleaner/ shinier results than this. It's overpriced and the quality of work doesn't exceed my expectations. NO STARS!!! so totally bad, i can't believe they're in business. please read and look at the pics and save yourself the aggravation. driving by this AM, i decided to stop in for a car wash. it was before 10, so you can't use the excuse that it was late in the day and the people who work there were too tired to care. i paid approx 22 bucks for an exterior wash / interior clean. the exterior wash is fine. however, nothing, and i mean NOTHING, was done to the interior with the exception of windows. at the end of the wash, there were about 7 people working feverishly inside the car with rags. doing what, i have no idea but it wasn't cleaning. my car (dash, console, doors, floors) all continue to be filthy with dust & dirt. you know that expression "fool me once?" well they won't get a chance to "shame on me." total rip off joint. don't let them screw you too. read more

The guy before me had to take his car through twice because it was dirty when it came out and my car wasn't as clean as I expected it to be, especially since it was washed a week prior. My mats were dirty and my back seat still had visible dust on the seats. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but for what this place calls "hand-wash", they should be ashamed. The first time I came here they were exquisite, the second time, I left with scratches on the back of my Ford Escape. I asked to speak with Miguel about a school magnet that they removed and placed inside the car (which I had NO idea that they did at the time) and never told me about, and he never came out to me or acknowledged me. I went on Saturday and to be fair it was really busy. About 14 cars in the line. The line went pretty quick but I could see why when I got home. I have a Wrangler and paid for the top wash (outside of the full detailing). The interior was done pretty nice, but the outside and trunk was completely rushed in terms of the wipe down. The jeep is covered in soapy streak marks all over the car. It's now obviously clean, but looks a mess. Very disappointing to have the wipe down rushed like that for about 30 bucks. read more

Beware of this car wash. I've been here many times but the problem is you just never know who is in charge and if they are going to do a good job that day. I paid $24.57 for the wash. As it was coming through I could see the rinse wasn't working properly and my car was full of soap. Before pulling it out one guy started wiping all the soap with a towel then pulled the car out so it can be dried. I pulled in at 11:10am, no one else in line but this car wash trip still took me over 25 minutes and after all that- They did an awful job. What a waste of my time & money. And if you ask someone a question, they look at you like your speaking another language and walk away. But that's ok, I learned my lesson. I'll never go back there again. No organizatioin, no ones in charge. I asked for a manager 3 times they ignored me. No one is managing this place. Save your money go somewhere else. There's so many other car washes in this area. absolutely terrible I keep coming back because years ago they used to be great but no more. My windows had swirl marks on the inside because I guess they were using a dirty rag water spots on my roof on the side of my car cause they don't wipe the side mirrors. The workers are too busy talking to one another to see what they're doing and there's no management. never again. read more

This is a solid car wash. A little expensive, but you get a vacuum of the interior and mats, a good wash, and a hand dry. This isn't a detail shop and I think that's confusing to a few of the previous reviewers. First time I was there it was a little confusing. You can tell they get a ton of repeat business because they're not used to new customers. Basically, you're directed up to the car wash and then you get out and tell the manager what service you'd like done. He gives you a receipt and you go to the cashier inside and pay. read more
