I was looking for a last minute move-in carpet cleaning and John's response to my Yelp inquiry was so helpful and considerate, I knew I had to hire him! I wanted someone with a truck mount to clean the carpet but other places I called said they didn't do apartments because the hose wouldn't reach the third floor but John said it would be no problem. I was worried the carpet would not dry in time if he cleaned it the morning of but he advised me to ask the apartment complex if they would let him in a day early, something I hadn't thought to consider. Jim, his assistant, also took care of everything and made the entire process as convenient as possible. The carpet was sparkling clean when I arrived the next morning to move in! I've never had my carpet professionally cleaned before, but WOW!! What a difference steam cleaning could make to the carpet. My landlord recommended to use Four Seasons when I was moving out. I called 2 other carpet cleaners and they were asking for about the same to a little more ($120-$150) for 500 sq/ft of carpeted area. So I decided to go with my landlord's recommendation to make her happy. The guy who came to clean the carpet was very friendly and very thorough. He made the "almost-at-the-end-of-life" carpet looking pretty new. Job was quick - maybe 45 minutes the most. I think their minimum charge is $120. This guy was pretty honest upfront, and my bill was exact to the estimate. No extra hidden charges. He'll give you a receipt right then too. read more

John cleaned my carpets two weeks ago. They were so stained I thought I was going to have to replace them (stairs and entire 2nd floor). The carpet is not that old so I was really bummed (kids and pets, grrrr). I had them cleaned about six months (also steam cleaned) ago by someone else and they looked pretty good for a short time and then all the stains returned. Today my carpets are spotless. They look as good as they did when he left. I don't know what he did different but I can tell you he took his time and really worked on the stains.
