I don't necessarily believe this was the installer's fault--it may have been a defective keypad. I ordered a replacement myself and simply asked the owner if someone could come back to swap it out. He replied but didn't give me a straight answer, he was actually nasty. I've sent multiple text messages over the past weeks. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When you spend a lot of money with a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and at least return a customer's message. It's frustrating that such a small service request has been completely ignored. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this company. A quality installation is important, but so is customer service after the job is complete.

They sealed all the high hats and breaches. They filled it with blown cellulose to R49. Which has settled now after a few months. Not the R49. They came back 5 times to redo items that were not properly done. The AC problem is not what we were hoping for. Better somewhat. They recommended a larger fan to exhaust bathroom moisture. Not resolved. We spent over 15g . Not really happy with the outcome. We will have to hire an engineering company to access whatever is necessary to fix this problem.

The work crew was terrific along with the project manager Mike. There was one small glitch and Mike came back with another worker and took care of my concerns. I can't say enough as far as how satisfied we are. I delayed on writing this post until after this recent very cold snap ( wind chills to below10 degrees )to be sure that my heating issues were abated. They know what they are doing and never cut corners at all. They also exceeded my expectations!

I did order in fall, and the windows as promised ready in the 6-8 week time frame. We were in a deep freeze at that time. I didn't want to do the install until nicer weather. At this time the windows were installed. All 18 casements, bay window and sliding glass door. I couldn't be happier with the 2 day install for windows and flashing that they replaced throughout the outside of the house. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of windows and work that was done, and lower then all the competition that had different sales pitches but I got windows for what I wanted not what was pushed to sell! Any issue that came up were addressed immediately by Howie, the owner of this company. As the project was moving along, they saw ways to enhance different rooms in the house make it more functional and give us more space and updated it. The work is impeccable. His prices are so reasonable. His roofer Joe is awesome. His helpers were super nice. He never got tired of my questions. Today was install day and so far it looks amazing. Joe only does skylights. This is his thing. He knows I'm nervous about the first rain storm this weekend and he said he would call me to check in. That's just the kind of guy he is. In 2022, I got two bedroom windows (see previous review) and then this week, I got a new sliding patio door/backdoor and a kitchen window (awning style). I received three quotes for the sliding glass door. Andersen quoted me at $6,800 (of course, it was $9,700 but then their magical discounts brought it into the high 6's) and Power quoted me at $5,800 (of course, if I signed RIGHT THEN AND THERE, it would be $5,100 only). They also both told me that it would be 7-10 weeks for install. Window World quoted me at around $4,000 for the door and within 3 weeks of putting down a deposit, I had a new door and window. The door is perfect and has built-in blinds that open/shut and raise/lower. The window is gorgeous - I took their recommendations and went with the awning-style window instead of one that goes up and down (they called this Double Hung). Absolutely fantastic service from Bill and Matt, as well. The installation took about 3 hours and was done perfectly.
