A huge shoutout to the incredible instructors. Alex led the hike with confidence and kept everyone's spirits high. Henry made sure the entire group stayed together, accounted for, and felt supported the whole way. Dylan got to the bridge ahead of everyone to have everything set up and ready, making the whole experience run smoothly. All three had amazing attitudes and went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, safe, and excited. The hike itself was beautiful, with incredible streams and breathtaking views. It was a bit challenging because of the fast pace, but if you take your time and start early in the morning, it's absolutely worth it. The jump was unforgettable, but what really made this experience special was the team. Their professionalism, encouragement, and positive energy turned something intimidating into one of the most exciting and inspiring things I've ever done. Unfortunately I had an issue where they were going to try and charge me a restocking fee for something I was returning because of a factory defect. With a little elaborating they quickly refunded me the full amount. During my second visit to their facility, I found the person helping me to be very knowledgeable and willing to help for the most part. What impressed me most about both visits was the fact that upon leaving I was given a gift. That means a lot to me, especially in todays profit only driven environment. It made me feel as though my business was appreciated. It made me want to get on here and write a review (something I can't ever recall doing before). Thank you to whoever that was (I think his name was Carlos, he wore glasses) that felt impelled to extend such generosity. Although this is of no fault of Six Flags, it is very very hot in this area of Southern California so I really recommend to stay hydrated and bring a portable fan or air-conditioning with you if that's available to you. The highlight of our Catalina trip!…read more We booked this zip-lining tour for my birthday, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The course itself is amazing, with stunning ocean views the whole way down. But what really made the experience a 10/10 were our guides, Elias and Zack. They were professional, hilarious, and made sure everyone was having a blast while staying completely safe. Their positive energy was contagious. David was especially reassuring throughout the entire process, knowing I was a little nervous. He gave detailed instructions and was clearly very knowledgeable. Parking is available on-site, but it can get full and cramped. I parked across the street, where there was plenty of space. If your check-in time is delayed, they'll email you. There's also a restroom to the left of the entrance. Once inside, head upstairs to sign the digital waiver, then check in with the staff. I recommend bringing a bottle of water and a small snack, especially on busy days when you may wait 2-3 hours after check-in before your flight. Your mouth can get very dry during the ride up, so gum or candy prior helps. Lockers are available once your name is called. Come with patience- you definitely want everyone involved in the parachute setup process to take their time for safety. There are usually 4-5 skydivers per group. Once your name is called, you'll get fitted with your harness and then take a short bus ride to the aircraft. The boarding process was efficient. I was first off the plane, which gave me less time to overthink! The initial freefall is incredibly fast, so remember to breathe and keep your eyes open to fully enjoy it. David was an awesome tandem instructor, and I felt safe the entire time. I also appreciated the longer airtime to enjoy the sunset. The photos turned out great too! I highly recommend Gojump for their professionalism and friendly team.

This place is definitely tucked away and unassuming from the outside but this is such a cool spot!…read more We took a trip 3 hrs from home to attend a birthday indoor skydiving event and though we didn't know what to expect we were guided through the whole process by a super cool instructor named Amberly. She gave us a little training beforehand and then we all made our way to the tube. I've been legit skydiving before but this experience is different for sure! I'd totally love to come back and get more time in the tunnel and learn to do the awesome tricks Amberly showcased for us! Afterward we got to see video and photo of our flights as well. For $17 you can purchase an additional "high flight" during your time in the tunnel. After we finished up flying we headed around the back towards the pool area where across, they also have "The Bombshelter" which is a super cool little restaurant that serves a ton of different things to munch on! There was tons of photos of skydivers, and old photos of instructors all over the walls to look at and admire while you wait. The day we came was a day an event was also taking place for skydiving so it was popping and tons of people were about and diving so it was really cool to watch that while we ate and swam! Definitely a cool experience! My daughter keeps saying she wants to go again and even real skydiving!! Shoutout to Amberly who's such a badass! Keep it up girl!
