Unfortunately I had an issue where they were going to try and charge me a restocking fee for something I was returning because of a factory defect. With a little elaborating they quickly refunded me the full amount. During my second visit to their facility, I found the person helping me to be very knowledgeable and willing to help for the most part. What impressed me most about both visits was the fact that upon leaving I was given a gift. That means a lot to me, especially in todays profit only driven environment. It made me feel as though my business was appreciated. It made me want to get on here and write a review (something I can't ever recall doing before). Thank you to whoever that was (I think his name was Carlos, he wore glasses) that felt impelled to extend such generosity. The place is a complete rip off. My friends and I came to play, and we walked around with a proverbial bad taste in our mouths. Truthfully, it makes me sad -- how can a family of 4 or 6 come and play? Also, I really wanted a pretzel and both wetzel pretzels stands were closed. Also understaffed were the games -- one person seemed to cover 2 or 3 games. (Granted this was a weekday). The highlight of the day was the Mexican restaurant at the end of the pier.

We walked along the beach, touched the sand, and built sandcastles together, which the kids loved. Just keep in mind that children generally need to be at least 48 inches tall to enjoy many of the rides and attractions.

The park wasn't crowded, so they got through lines pretty quick. The park is still in good shape, most rides are running, I just didn't realize how hilly it was! Eh! Came Memorial Weekend '26 and yes I assumed it would be busy, I expect that. A few issues that I've encountered while in the park. 1. Rollercoaster rides operating with empty seats! I was in line for Full Throttle and saw it being operated with 10 empty seats, yes 10, as others were on the ride as well. A waste of time for the people waiting in line for an even longer period of time. What happened to calling out "Is there anyone available to ride in this car"? Made no sense. 2. Batman ride had NO AIR while waiting in line before getting on. I felt like I was in hell and could've passed out before actually getting on the ride. Was there no vent for the air?? 3. Fast Pass needs to be regulated for weekdays only and/or specific times for weekends/holidays. I stood in line as at least 20-30 fast pass people just came right along. On top of that, I've seen a bunch of high school kids just enter the line and it was a known fact they didn't pay for that pass (was at least 12 kids at the time). 4. Employees need to learn to open their mouths. Had employee come through the Wonder Woman line with a trash grabber on hand and didn't say one word, just used the grabber in our face as a way of saying excuse me. If I wasn't so close to the front of the line he would've gotten slapped into next week. Overall, Six Flags is not that great of an amusement park. Rides are old and food is overpriced.

Great way to get into nature without hiking, and had so much fun zip lining! Kaitlin and Kyler were fantastic guides and kept us engaged and safe throughout the entire trip. Big kudos to them for getting everyone across the finish line, and being the nicest people. There were five lines in total, each with unique features to keep it exciting. Our group was about 8 people, and we each finished a line before moving to the next. There were a few people in the group who were very nervous or had a fear of heights, much made it through the whole tour, so I wouldn't be discouraged if you've never gone zip lining before. Overall had so much fun and learned some facts about the island. Would highly recommend this tour, it's worth the money!

David was especially reassuring throughout the entire process, knowing I was a little nervous. He gave detailed instructions and was clearly very knowledgeable. Parking is available on-site, but it can get full and cramped. I parked across the street, where there was plenty of space. If your check-in time is delayed, they'll email you. There's also a restroom to the left of the entrance. Once inside, head upstairs to sign the digital waiver, then check in with the staff. I recommend bringing a bottle of water and a small snack, especially on busy days when you may wait 2-3 hours after check-in before your flight. Your mouth can get very dry during the ride up, so gum or candy prior helps. Lockers are available once your name is called. Come with patience- you definitely want everyone involved in the parachute setup process to take their time for safety. There are usually 4-5 skydivers per group. Once your name is called, you'll get fitted with your harness and then take a short bus ride to the aircraft. The boarding process was efficient. I was first off the plane, which gave me less time to overthink! The initial freefall is incredibly fast, so remember to breathe and keep your eyes open to fully enjoy it. David was an awesome tandem instructor, and I felt safe the entire time. I also appreciated the longer airtime to enjoy the sunset. The photos turned out great too! I highly recommend Gojump for their professionalism and friendly team.

This place is definitely tucked away and unassuming from the outside but this is such a cool spot!…read more We took a trip 3 hrs from home to attend a birthday indoor skydiving event and though we didn't know what to expect we were guided through the whole process by a super cool instructor named Amberly. She gave us a little training beforehand and then we all made our way to the tube. I've been legit skydiving before but this experience is different for sure! I'd totally love to come back and get more time in the tunnel and learn to do the awesome tricks Amberly showcased for us! Afterward we got to see video and photo of our flights as well. For $17 you can purchase an additional "high flight" during your time in the tunnel. After we finished up flying we headed around the back towards the pool area where across, they also have "The Bombshelter" which is a super cool little restaurant that serves a ton of different things to munch on! There was tons of photos of skydivers, and old photos of instructors all over the walls to look at and admire while you wait. The day we came was a day an event was also taking place for skydiving so it was popping and tons of people were about and diving so it was really cool to watch that while we ate and swam! Definitely a cool experience! My daughter keeps saying she wants to go again and even real skydiving!! Shoutout to Amberly who's such a badass! Keep it up girl!
