They thoroughly explained the process and timeline for our event and put out the coffee, bagels and donuts we brought for our guests to eat outside of the play room since we had a 9am start time. The kids had a great time playing and our hosts had the dining room set up with decorations before our eating time. It was great that they were able to blow up a few balloons that we brought (for an added fee) that were specific to the theme. We only bought pizzas from Scooters Jungle and brought other food ourselves, but everyone enjoyed the pizza. They did a great job serving the dessert and helping us pack up our things at the end. Overall, they provided top notch experience from A to Z and made hosting super easy. Would definitely recommend having your kids' birthday party here if you're considering it!

When we arrived, Lucine informed us that the party had upgraded their package, which resulted in the entire venue being booked. They had time to make signs for the party but couldn't take two minutes to call us back and save us the trip. Or save my 3-year-old the disappointment. When I said I'd be sharing my experience, Lucine handed over free passes -- then asked if I'd still be leaving a review. That told me everything about the gesture. It wasn't an apology. It was damage control. We may give them another chance, but this visit was sloppy and unprofessional. Call ahead if you're planning a trip. And maybe call twice. Even the side entrance by the party rooms had shoes available! My LO is 2 1/2, and I thought this place was perfect for her age. I can see kids aging out around 8-10, depending on size. She had so much fun. There was a private event and we definitely stayed until we had to leave. 10/10 would come again! Looking forward to the next time we go.
