Juan & son were at our condo in less than 30 minutes with tools in hand. He immediately assessed the problem and placed a cap on the valve. Within a few minutes he fixed the tank so it was usable. He did not pressure us to immediately get a new tank but we know we should decide soon. I am hoping to convince my husband to get a Tankless and have Juan install it. Juan has been our plumber since 4/3/17 when he reset a toilet. 6/1/17 he installed the water heater and shower handle. Just last 10/30/24 Juan and his son installed a new toilet. No plumbing activity is cheap. Juan does a great job and charges a very fair price.

The install of the new shower head came out uneven to the wall and back splash tiles. The vanity was installed without drywall and even flooring. After mentioning the issues we encountered he failed to follow up to have the bath tub refinished. After we switched to a new contractor we discovered the piping was never changed to the new piping that was promised when he did do work.The pictures attached are what $1500 gets you.

Daniels plumbing and son ended up replacing both water heaters and we have had no issues since they ultimately replaced these. First thing The leak was under the slab in front of my garage he called in the utility companies to spot the gas and electrical locations and from there he cut open my concrete slab and repaired the leak, this was an emergency job and I called them back on the 13th. First out dated pipes were leaking everywhere and clogged up in the bathroom and kitchen, causing us to use a hose outside for water until we called JJ to our rescue. I called JJ after my mom, a real estate agent has been using them for years for her home and listings, recommended them. They came out and fixed the kitchen and bathroom clogs and installed some new piping and faucets that were much needed in my older home. They were clean, fast and efficient! They later replaced our old rusted, leaking water-heater with a new one, as well and fixed a leak in my garage.
