Got into a small fender bender on Saturday. Put out a yelp request on Tuesday and several…read morebusinesses responded. Most said they couldn't handle the repair and I should go to a body shop. Others offered to do it for an unreasonable price and they had less than stellar reviews. Sal asked for further images and video of the damage, set a very reasonable price; I checked out his instagram and spoke with him on the phone and agreed on him coming out the next day. Wednesday, he arrived on time, and further reassured me he could handle the dent with no issue. About 3-4 hours later, I walk out to magic. My car looks like nothing ever happened. He even asked me to back it out into the sun so he could check his work and notice one imperfection that he worked on to fix immediately. I am incredibly grateful to Sal and his amazing work. I will be using him again in the future if I have to! Hopefully I don't have to ever, but if I do, I know who I'm coming to. They replaced the trunk, repainted it beautifully, and even went the extra mile by washing and vacuuming the inside of my car. The trunk also wasn't consistently popping open before, and they fixed that issue as well. Steve was especially helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. At pickup, I noticed what looked like scratches or polishing marks on the bumper and was concerned. I mentioned it to Steve, and he immediately took care of it--turns out it was just bird droppings (must have been from a massive bird, lol). He buffed everything out and made sure the car looked perfect before I left. What really stood out to me was the level of customer care. Jasmine made the initial process easy to understand, and Steve gave me a clear and reasonable timeline. He called before starting the work to explain what they found during the assessment, what repairs would be done, and provided an updated estimate. He also called when the work was completed. Throughout the process, they coordinated directly with Enterprise for my rental, which made everything seamless on my end. After I left, I thought I heard a knocking noise and went back. Steve took the time to walk me through the repairs and even went for a drive with me to check it out. The noise had already stopped and hasn't come back, but the fact that he took my concern seriously and didn't brush it off meant a lot. The work comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the vehicle, which gives great peace of mind. He was extremely professional, arrived early, and confirmed the date and time the night before. The repair was done right in my driveway, which made it super convenient since I was able to work from home during the process. He was the ONLY person who was able to repair the black portion of the bumper, that had a huge hole & multiple gashes through it, without replacing the entire thing, which would have been expensive on my VW.. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was even able to provide an accurate quote over the phone just based on pictures. I'm really happy with the results and would definitely use him again for any future dents or body repairs. He also made sure to keep everything really clean, used mats to protect the ground, and cleaned up after himself before he left. Highly highly recommend! Told me to send pictures of the damage and they provided an estimate of $695 -$795. Took my car to two AutoBody shops and the lowest was $1,395.00 bumper buddies came in at $600.00 Less which was within my budget. Made an appointment for two days later and the technician was an hour and 1/2 early but offered to come later. Since my vehicle was at work I told him No Problem. Manny my techician was very nice and Friendly. Took around 2 hours -2 1/2 Hours to do the work. It looks very good to me. There was one imperfection that really wasn't their fault, a panel came out and like a dumbbell I jammed it back in but a tab was sticking out so the panel was ever so slightly gapped. This warped the side panel It's not really noticeable. I don't blame bumper buddies for this. If you look at my bumper it's almost perfect. Final summation: I'm happy with the job that Bumper Buddies did and my Bumper Looks as good as new and side look as good as it can be without a complete replacement. I would use Bumper Buddies Again
