This guy was gonna give me a truck tip on a car when I told him no change the muffler he put the muffler with no resonator and charge me another hundred dollars. Do not come here! I took my car into Martin's shop to have a muffler put on when I arrived to pick up the car the front facia of my car had been ripped from all brackets supporting it, and still have not found the brackets, the front end was being held on by zip-ties. To top it off the exhaust was not even welded on straight. In his defense, yes he put on a muffler bracket because mine was torn. So what 100 bucks over 2400? I asked the owner Martin to make this right and his response was "Sh*t happens, next time don't come here" I went through my insurance to open a claim, and my insurance company was not able to get any help or support from his business, or insurance (if any). I have asked Martin to cover my deductible for the $2400 in repairs, he again said "I'm not coming out of my pocket for this, it happens" I will be taking this matter to small claims for restitution and the BAR. This person/business needs to be brought to light as I see the original business under his name has been canceled once and the new license under someone else's name (ref. License 260256) via BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) I will keep this review updated, with outcomes. I will not stop pursuing this as I told Martin people should not be treated this way $70,000 or $2000 car, have respect for other peoples property. If you're looking for quality work and a good experience, look no further. I originally took my car to a different shop and had an awful experience. I went in at 8am, waited for about an hour. Wasn't acknowledged. I googled custom muffler shops nearby and found Full Throttle. I spoke to the owner and told him exactly what I needed which was cut my stock muffler after the stock cat, weld a 4" single inlet pipe to the aftermarket muffler, then weld 2 two 4" pipes to make it a dual outlet that leads to quad muffler tips. He understood exactly what I needed done and told me that he could start on my car immediately. While waiting, I met a couple of his returning customers. They were wholesome and made the wait feel short. I did have an aftermarket diffuser that was not a perfect fit which in turn resulted to it coming off while I was driving however I gave the owner a call and he insisted I come back so he can put it back on. He showed me how the brackets didn't align with the stock ones. It's common bc it's not an OEM part HOWEVER he made it work by drilling some screws in. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied before I left. I was more than satisfied. I'm huge on customer service. I knew that everything worked out the way it was supposed to even tho I lost an hour of my time in the very beginning going to a different shop. I will be a returning customer for sure. They do horrible work, rude owner, don't know how to weld and too lazy to take down the muffler and weld all the way around, instead he uses jb weld to get to the spots he can't reach and after a while the jb weld would fall off and the muffler would leak, not only that but his prices are outrageous... I ended up fixing the welding my self and I don't weld every day like you would think he does.... Don't go there!! read more

You guys do not understand when i say DONT COME HERE. Shop owner Martin assaulted me and my camera man during a vlog we were doing of us getting an exhaust on my 240sx. After his worker finished our exhaust we reved the car to see how the finished product ended and upon releasing the clutch my car fish tailed a bit. Nothing crazy no burn out or anything of that sort. The shop guys next door VIP kustomz, along with the shop worker said man your car sounds great, as we were vlogging owner comes out and starts screaming at us and physically hits my camera guys camera out of his hand with a hammer, also hitting his right hand and slicing his arm ( which by the way at this point we're outside his shop on private property) he begins to scream that the dancing studio next door would sue him if we rev our engines. Us in shock we're like dude chill out, at this point we can sue you and take you to jail for assault and battery. We end up having to call the cops to file a report on him and he tells the cops he did assault us and that he's willing to pay for our stuff. After the cops leave he refuses to pay because he says the land lord of the property is going to charge him for the tire mark. We tell him we're willing to take car of the tire mark we left (even tho the whole street is rattled with tire marks). To just give us the land lords information. He refuses to do that too. He tells us to come back the next day and he'll pay us for damages and give us the landlords information. Before we left that night because we didn't want to deal with him yelling any more and we already have the police report we stopped at dancing images and told them the situation and if they had a problem with what we did. The owner of dancing images said she didn't mind anything we did. They can't even hear what happens outside because the music they play is way louder then any outside noises. We return to the shop the next day and it never opened up. So at this point we're going to return again tomorrow and try to figure anything out before we press charges on him for assault. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP. Also want to say the worker he has is a cool guy and he apologized for how Martin acted but he said this isn't the first time he does this stuff. read more

Worst Place I have ever went to for auto work done. This place totally robbed me and threaten to keep my vehicle after I had already paid the quoted price. Upon paying the quoted price I was then told that it was going to be $90 more. I even help the mechanics work on the vehicle! The owner is a real scammer and took advantage of me. I refused to pay the price that he was trying to charge me and he started locking up my vehicle in the shop. The owner is very argumentative and very unprofessional. I had a catalytic convertor stolen from my vehicle. Full Throttle Muffler guided me through the process of filing a claim for the stolen part and once that was accomplished, they installed the new part. However, upon a recent smog inspection, it was discovered that the part was illegal; the catalytic convertor Full Throttle installed did not meet the requirements for California Emissions. They new this since their specialty is mufflers! They blatantly ripped me off and it will cost me hundreds to fix their illegal actions. I hope they are inspected! read more
