Great portion sizes for the price and super yummy. It wasn't too greasy at all for fried food and had great flavor. The sandwich which came with fries and they were really tasty. They also had a variety of sauces which is hard to find sometimes: red, garlic Alfredo, and pesto. Something for everyone. They also have a special fries menu which we are stoked to try in the future.

The portion felt quite small for the price, and the overall presentation did not match my expectations based on what was shown on the menu photos. The sisig also had grated carrots on top, which was unexpected for this type of dish. The pancit included in the meal was topped with cheese, which made me question the intended flavor profile of the dish as a whole. The combination felt different from what I associate with traditional sisig rice meals. Overall, the food did not fully align with expectations in terms of portion size, presentation, and flavor balance. I may try them again in the future at another food truck location to see if the experience is different.

We ended up ordering the Jambalaya ($15) and Shrimp and Grits ($12) and didn't wait too long before it was ready for us. Luckily we beat the rush and we were excited to dig in. Both dishes were a generous size and came with a couple hush puppies (I LOVE hush puppies). Out of the two we both loved the shrimp and grits the most, but that may be a personal preference- both were delicious. We were also asked if we like spicy and since we answered yes our dishes had a good level of heat. The portions were sharable and we ended up taking leftovers home with us. We would absolutely stop by again.

We felt the carne asada meat was on the drier side but the al pastor meat was tender and flavorful. The super burrito was a bit plain not much flavor. The hot sauce was good and had a good kick of spice. Would recommend the tacos and will come back to try other items on the menu. Hopefully we'll catch them serving pozole next time.

The owner enticed me by offering samples of the jambalaya, which I loved. It was spicy and flavorful. I wished I ordered it, but I wanted to try the shrimp po' boy (with coleslaw dressing). I got the combo which included a choice of side and I went with the macaroni and cheese. The sandwich was $10 and sides cost $3, but with a combo I paid $12.50. It was a difference of $.50- not much of a combo. The meal was a bit pricy. The bread on the po'boy had a crisp crust. The coleslaw was kind of bland. The shrimp wasn't fried but sautéed. There was an abundant amount of shrimp with every bite. I hate it when you eat a sandwich and you end up with more bread than filling, but that wasn't the case here. Even so, I think I would've enjoyed the hotlink po' boy more. The macaroni and cheese was good.

Even for how busy the event was, this food truck got everybody's orders in a timely manner so we were very impressed! The food truck itself was also very appealing with bright lights to draw people's attention. We hope to see this food truck again sometime!

I ordered 5 street taco de cabeza and they were so flavorful and loaded with meat. The super burrito with carne asada was delicious as well and filling. Their red spicy salsa is delicious. I normally don't enjoy my food unless the salsa hits the spot and this one did. I even got some to go :) We will try their birria tacos next time. They gave us a sample to try and their goat was juicy and not gamy. Beef was also delicious for those of you who aren't as adventurous as I am. They also do catering for those who are interested. I really liked the flavor and it paired perfectly with some wasabi soy sauce and rice once I got home with my loot. I asked if he is there everyday? He replied yes, Monday - Friday 11am - 4pm I think he said. He suggested I follow their Instagram feed for current locations. I highly recommend The Lumpia Truck.
