The service took around 30 min give or take, and it was so cheap I couldn't believe it. $159 for the window and install which was so needed given this is the 4th time replacing a window due to the lovely bipping culture that goes without consequence. Very disappointing experience with the windshield replacement and ADAS camera issue…read more I went to this shop to have my windshield replaced. Initially, they installed a windshield that was not the one I expected, and this was done without clearly explaining it to me or getting my approval beforehand. I later had them replace it again with a Fuyao windshield. After the windshield replacement, I started having problems with the vehicle's forward-facing camera/ADAS system. The warning lights came on. I returned to the shop, and I was told that they had "recalibrated" the camera and the warning went away. Unfortunately, the warning came back again after about a day and a half. What is especially frustrating is that I was told the camera had been recalibrated, but I was not given a calibration report or a clear explanation of what equipment or procedure was actually used. I don't want the warning simply cleared from the computer; I need the underlying problem properly diagnosed and the camera properly calibrated. The windshield itself was $165 and labor was $189. Given the additional ADAS issues that appeared after the windshield replacement, I expected much clearer communication about the camera calibration and what was actually included in the service. I am very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. I would strongly recommend that customers with vehicles equipped with ADAS cameras ask very specific questions about calibration before having their windshield replaced. I hope the shop will take this feedback seriously and improve its communication and handling of ADAS-related windshield replacements.

Being that it was a holiday weekend I figured I wouldn't hear back until sometime Monday or Tuesday morning. To my surprise, within about 15 minutes of my request, I received a reply. As I have never used their services in the past, I had several questions that I needed answered before deciding to move forward with any repairs. I have to say that Chai was very responsive from beginning to end (even at this late hour on a Saturday night) and answered all of my questions within minutes of me sending over my text messages. I think our last conversation ended at 1:50am and at that point all questions I had were answered. Now that's what I call awesome customer service!! During our conversation, Chai informed me that the soonest he could complete repairs would be Monday morning (which again was a holiday), and would confirm part availability with me first thing in the morning. Come Monday when I woke up, I was pleasantly surprised to see a message from him at 8am as promised saying that everything was good to go, that he would provide mobile services and come to my house to complete the window repair on my vehicle at 11am at no extra charge.
