My boyfriends lights came promptly, but upon installing them we noticed that the middle of the inner edge of both lights had a broken jagged plastic piece as though it was cut incorrectly from the factory. It's discolored and extremely noticeable. Upon calling, the gentleman said he would look into it, and then called us back and saying that they all came from the factory that way. They all had that rough, jagged piece in the middle of the light. He told mu boyfriend that my best bet was to put black nail polish over it so it wasn't as noticeable. I don't know about you, but they should advertise the fact that these lights come broken like that from the factory, as the gentleman over the phone told me they did. I know this is a truck and supposed to look "rugged" but what is it it just looks poorly made and tacky. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I ordered wide angle side mirrors with turn signal for my 2016 Tacoma. They arrived quickly. I watched all of the videos and still had a question on the placement of a male/female connector as it was completely different than my original mirror set up. I reached out via chat and scored Steven. He reached out to the manufacturer and I was sent a text message and an email complete with photos showing the set up. Customer service was top notch and the product was considerably less expensive on this site than others. Plus they don't hike up shipping just cause we live on an island. This company makes total GARBAGE for products. Before I get into that, CALI RAISED ALSO DOES NOT ALLOW NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO BE POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITES. This goes to show you they are not even confident in their product, hide issues in hopes the customers will not do any research, and have zero issues lying to customers/potential customers. Disgusting business practice. I know this for a fact as I tried to leave an honest feedback review. Never posted..I thought to myself, that's weird I must have not hit submit or something. Did it again. A week later, still no review. I start looking around online and what do you know?? Dozens and dozens of customers with the same issue of not being able to leave anything that was negative for feedback. Wow Cali Raised. Just wow. So my issue, I order a set of $1,200 rock sliders from Cali raised. They get to me almost a month later than I was told. Whatever, I'll deal. Get them put on in March. BY JANUARY OF THE NEXT YEAR THEY HAVE COMPLETELY RUSTED THROUGH ON THE BOTTOM, all the powder coat is gone from the top. I've never seen anything like this. I contact their customer service and am told..I'm not kidding..., " Our warranty doesn't cover anything like that. I can send you a rattle can of black paint to cover it". WHAT THE HELL!! A rattle can of paint to cover your sliders rusting apart after 10 months. Unbelievable. I have a front bumper from Fab4 that's been on longer, looks brand new. I have engine, oil, transmission sliders UNDER my truck from RCI Offroad that look brand new after 3 years. I have a roof rack from UpTop Overland that looks like the day installed after 4 years. These rock sliders from CALI RAISED SUCKS AND DIDNT MAKE IT A YEAR. They don't stand by their products. They lie to customers by withholding reviews. They use cheap garbage materials. I've been buying products from Cali Raised for several years now. I've got there rock sliders, LED lights, mounts and other accessories. I've had nothing but great experiences from this group. I don't understand all of these negative reviews. It's like someone's got a vendetta or something. I always seem to get my stuff delivered quickly. And when I had an issue with some rust on my rock sliders in an area where rocks get kicked up from the tires, they told me how to prep it tans gave me a free can of touch up spray paint to protect the areas and make them look good again. read more

I had to file a claim through my credit card to get my full amount back, and as soon as they pulled the money from them I get an email saying for me to tech out to them so I can send them the payment again. Just an all around trash company. Terrible, unresponsive customer service. They definitely didn't honor their "2 yr warranty" on their LED tail lights. In fact, after following their troubleshooting directions, it ruined the other taillight as well. And then of course, they just ghosted me after seeing all of my video evidence that I sent them. Outstanding service from start to finish. I had an issue where my ditch lights weren't working correctly after an install. I contacted Cali and had two people offer to make it right immediately. I went to their location in Fort Worth and they fixed my issue within 10 minutes. I was so impressed with their responsiveness that I ended up buying their LED fog lights while I was there. Zero stars should be an option here. I paid these guys $1459 on November 17th 2022 for and "in stock" bumper and two "in stock" 32" led light bars. The 10 days went by without any sign of a tracking number, I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to it being during g a sale. I waited until the third week to call which at that time I was told the bumper was "at powdercoat" and it would be shipped beginning of next week. I was told the same exact thing every week for three weeks following that call. Four weeks ,four calls , same excuse "powder coat, or powder coaters messed up and had to re do the bumpers" ! I called and left numerous messages asking for an update ,not one of those messages was returned .The messages chat bot on their site is garbage and pre programmed to feed you BS about your order, so don't waste your time with that. There is also the weird situation where your card is charged for the Cali Raised in CA and the parts are coming from TX. I tried and tried and tried to give these guys a chance but they failed over and over , Dave yourself the heartache and order from someone who has better reviews . Shame on me for not checking this out before hand, had I done that I would have seen that the exact same thing that happened to me has happened over and over again and again. Trash experience ,I will never order from them again ,and I will tell everyone I know to avoid. All they had to do was communicate i.e. return a call, but instead they decided to waste the time of a customer. It wasn't like it was a $20 purchase. read more

Horrible customer service. The time from placing your order to when they ship your item is ridiculous. The process of printing out your shipping label to use a picking slip is ridiculous.. You will receive a notice that your item is shipped but nope... You still will have to wait over two weeks for your order to be picked. If you reach out to them via email except the same copy and paste response everytime. They sell items via Amazon as well as their website. I probably would go with ordering from Amazon, they don't seem to have a problem shipping items in a timely manner when ordered from Amazon, but ordered the company website, well good luck.... Have the molle attachment for my bed. As another user previously stated, game changer. Just ordered the RAM mount and hope to get the ditch lights soon. When I needed help installing they were responsive and got me through it. me and my girl were pretty disappointed. We bought the raptor lights for our new Tacoma, and they came with jagged chipped pieces from the factory that are visible from the outside once the lights are installed. I called them and was called back and told said they were all sent from the factory that way and that I should put some black nail polish on to cover up the white, jagged broken edge like it was no big deal. A better answer would be "We're sorry, we're sending all these back to the factory and will send you some new ones without the imperfection once we order them immediately" again, that rough broken piece is visible. read more

If you're looking for toyota oem swithes for your light bar, ditch lights, etc.. order them on Amazon. If you have prime, shipping & return are free. Long story, I've placed an order for the ditch light switch for my 4runner. On Cali Raised site when I did the search for the 4runner switch, the Toyota "OEM" switch was the result of my search. I went ahead to order it and to find out it is the wrong type as there are long vs small type of switches. Nowhere on the title of the item did it say that long vs small type, it was just toyota "OEM" switch. When I called Cali Raised, I was told about it. Sure I can return it and pay the shipping cost. I've found the same switch sell on Amazon for $10 vs $16 on Cali Raised. I told them, don't bother with the return. Im going to spend a few more dollars and get it on Amazon instead of paying $6-7 for shipping the wrong item which their site description is misleading. This isn't Toyota "OEM" switch. Save money and headache, order on Amazon. Support physical store and get screwed like me. Now I have an overpriced switch with no use. read more

Before you purchase, read the return instructions. Not only do you pay your own shipping costs, PLEASE make sure you get insurance on your package. My item shipped from VA to TX. It arrived at the post office and was out for the final destination and poof, missing box. How does that happen with a package that big. No one is held accountable but myself for not purchasing insurance. I won't buy again from Cali Raised for that reason alone. It's hard for me to give 5 stars to anyone. A 4 star review should be solid and I recommend this company because their off road lights are as good as the bigger brands, but with a more cost effective price tag. I installed my own ditch pods, but they did a great job installing my light bar and mounts. They even swapped out a faulty OEM switch for free. The install job was a bit pricey, but I'd you don't like that...then see their YouTube videos on DIY installs. I'll be back for sure. read more

I had caliraisedled install the sliders today that I ordered. I had a 10:30 appointment but arrived over an hour early as I had come from about 150 miles away. I had left early not knowing the traffic I might encounter. When I got there they started work on the installation immediately. They finished in about 1.5 hours. The ordering experience is great, so i thought, but when you receive the product there a defects and missing parts. I have a missing weatherstrip, washers, and incorrect holes on 3 out of 4 brackets. The metal seems like good quality, but its useless if you cant put it together. I tried contacting customer service and its been 48hrs and no response. I also made the mistake of ordering a bundle deal, which i thought included everything for installation, little did i know i had to buy a wire harness. But hey it included a switch. At this point I have no idea what i should have received. For the amount of money i paid no one should go through this. Please update your BOM to reflect the correct parts. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! Get your gear from somewhere else.. ANYWHERE else! Paid $30 for shipping, took 6 days for them to ship out. Sent 2 emails.. no response as I waited. Finally called them, shipment got lost. they agreed to send another set out with a 50% discount off shipping? Really? Still didnt get a penny back. Took 30 days to receive my light ... Bad business. BTW.. Nothing special about the light. Just another Chinese made product with a boosted "caliraised" price. Not high quality. Not impressed. Included a cheap harness connected to a silly ON-OFF switch. OEM switch NOT included. No support or instructions from these fools. They told me to watch a youtube video, sent me a url of a video showing me how to remove the front bumper cover and totally remove and not reinstall factory air dams. Instead use their single bolt bracket that isn't sturdy at all. The video does not cover wiring your lights. I guess it wasn't important to show that part. Do some research... there are thorough videos out there that are very detailed in the installation process. I thought Caliraised was reputable but I was wrong. Low quality parts with NO support. What a headache! Too bad I couldn't find another company packaging what I was looking for for my 4runner. In time i'm Hoping. Look at other company's such as Rago Fabrication for mounts and amazon for the light bar and harness. You will save money and be happy with fast shipping and awesome customer service. I wish I would have read the review before spending my money with this company. First of all, if you live in California and you must have these products then buy them from Cali Raised Off-road. They are in Buena Park, but the sales people in Texas wont tell you that! They are separate companies, so the guys in Texas want your business even though they ship the same products to Buena Park all the time! The California company has everything in stock and you won't be charged an extra shipping fee! They charged me an extra 85$ to ship something to California that I could have just picked up in Buena Park. I still have to pick them up from Buena Park, I'm just an extra 85$ poorer! Horrible customer service!! All they can say is that they are sorry. Not sorry enough to compensate me for the situation, but they are sorry that I got swindled!! They have nice products, but there are so many Or their options out there, so just find some other products that you like and spend your hard earned money somewhere else!! read more
