Michael assured me that if I ever had any issues or needed assistance after the installation, I could simply reach out to him and he would help. That gave me confidence in doing business with him. On April 15, I purchased the stereo and paid approximately $400-$470 for the unit and installation. Michael told me he had everything needed to complete the installation that same day. After about an hour to an hour and a half, he informed me that he did not have the trim piece (the border that surrounds the screen). He said he could order it for an additional $40. Since I didn't want my new stereo left unfinished, I paid the extra $40 with the understanding that he would contact me as soon as the part arrived. Unfortunately, that never happened. Over the following months, both my boyfriend and I repeatedly reached out by phone and message to ask about the missing trim piece. I have a history of phone calls and messages showing my repeated attempts to contact Michael and get this resolved. Each time, he would tell me he would "update me when it arrived" or "give me a call," but he never followed through. At times, it genuinely felt like I was being given excuse after excuse instead of seeing any real effort to resolve the issue. Not only was I still waiting on the trim piece I had already paid for, but after the installation, I also noticed that a wire had come loose underneath my driver's footwell. This was never an issue before the stereo was installed. I informed Michael and he gave me a date to come in. I was already on my way to his store when I texted him I was almost there. Only then did he respond, saying that "something snapped" in his back and that he couldn't make it. I completely understand that emergencies happen. However, if he knew he couldn't make the appointment, I would have appreciated a phone call or text as soon as possible instead of waiting until I had already started driving there. That lack of communication was extremely frustrating and showed little regard for my time. I strongly believe that if you make a promise to a customer, you should keep it. Reliability and communication are essential. When customers spend hundreds of dollars, they deserve honesty and follow-through. After months of trying to get this resolved, Michael finally gave me another date to come into his car stereo store. I arrived before our scheduled appointment, only to call and find out he was running late. I waited approximately 15-25 minutes past our agreed time before he arrived. Once he began working on my vehicle, about 20 minutes later he informed me that he had accidentally broken one of the plastic clips inside my dashboard. He told me he would have to order another replacement piece and, once again, assured me that he would let me know when it arrived. Just like before, I never heard from him. As you can see in the photo attached to this review, the missing trim piece is very noticeable. This isn't a minor cosmetic detail--it is an unfinished installation that I paid an additional $40 for and still have not received months later. I gave Michael multiple opportunities to make this right. Every time I reached out, I patiently waited a week, two weeks, and sometimes even an entire month hoping he would follow through with a call, text, or even a simple update. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly initiate contact while receiving false promises. My car is still missing the trim piece that I paid for, I still have concerns regarding the loose wire from the installation, and I have spent months trying to resolve a simple issue. What disappoints are the repeated promises that were never honored and the lack of communication after payment had already been made. Based on my experience, I don't recommend doing business with Michael. I sincerely hope he improves his customer service, communication, and follow-through so future customers don't have the same experience I did.

They have a large banner that specifies auto tint, but just wanted to ensure I specify their location as some may miss them. This review is a bit overdue as I've had multiple vehicles for window tinting at this location. My father found this location, and the owner (male) has been very quick and efficient, and always does a great job. Since then, my family and I always take our vehicles to this store when we need our windows tinted. I recently purchased a new vehicle and needed my windows tinted, so took my new vehicle to him. I'm usually pretty hesitant that my vehicle will get damaged as it had been at another vendor years ago... but I trust the owner and the other gentleman who also works here. They inspect for any damages prior to start and are careful with your vehicle (both inside and out). He also tells you his honest opinion rather than for money making desires. His ceramic tints are excellent! Trust me, they may cost more, but they are definitely worth it. I've had different tints, and ceramic ones are the best! Also, the other places use too much adhesive and it stains my windows, but this place doesn't do that. Prices are also fair! He is always willing to work with you for a reasonable price. Great work always, and very quick yet work is always excellent! Some times in the summer, scheduling an appointment would be best, but other times you can walk in and request for same day service and if possible, they get it done. Will definitely return here again even if I have to drive a few hours! I highly recommend!

    Updated Review Per…read morethe shop's recommendation, I took my vehicle to Tesla for a full inspection of the windshield. After evaluating it, Tesla confirmed that the lines in the glass were caused by external forces -- most likely excessive heat -- and not by any manufacturing defect. They were very clear that there is no scenario where the vehicle would have left the factory with this type of damage. Because of that, the replacement was not covered under warranty, and I had to pay $1,535 out of pocket. Here's what this experience has cost me: * $300 for the original tint * $150 for tint removal -- which I was never informed would be charged, and they only told me I "owed money" after removing it * $1,535 for a new windshield due to damage caused during their tint installation That's almost $2,000 lost, and I'm left with no tint, a brand‑new windshield I had to pay for myself, and zero accountability from the shop. To make matters worse, the owner laughed at my wife during the conversation. That alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect. If you choose to get your tint done here, understand this clearly: If something goes wrong, you will get no support, no responsibility, and possibly even disrespect. What you may get is a bill for the damage they caused.
