The owner greeted us with great customer service and explained the process in great detail to us. In addition he actually advised to hold off on getting my wife's tint taken off (she had gotten a fix it ticket) and look into possible getting a medical exemption as she had previously had skin cancer. I was impressed with his professional approach, he took the time to explain the options and as others have noted did not try to upsell at all, but rather did a good job of explaining the benefits and left the decision to me. He also has a cool heat lamp setup that lets you feel how much heat the different tint options let through the glass and into the car. Highly recommended if you need tinting done. On July 22 I went to MCM Automotive Tint based of some good reviews and some friends who got their cars tinted here and was not expecting to be met with such humility by Erick. I mean seriously guy is so down to earth, made great conversation on topics like he knew me, gave me good advice on what tint was best for my new truck, gave me a soda!
