I initially had a good experience with Michael. I was excited to find a nearby place that could install a stereo screen in my 2004 Honda CR-V. Michael assured me that if I ever had any issues or needed assistance after the installation, I could simply reach out to him and he would help. That gave me confidence in doing business with him. On April 15, I purchased the stereo and paid approximately $400-$470 for the unit and installation. Michael told me he had everything needed to complete the installation that same day. After about an hour to an hour and a half, he informed me that he did not have the trim piece (the border that surrounds the screen). He said he could order it for an additional $40. Since I didn't want my new stereo left unfinished, I paid the extra $40 with the understanding that he would contact me as soon as the part arrived. Unfortunately, that never happened. Over the following months, both my boyfriend and I repeatedly reached out by phone and message to ask about the missing trim piece. I have a history of phone calls and messages showing my repeated attempts to contact Michael and get this resolved. Each time, he would tell me he would "update me when it arrived" or "give me a call," but he never followed through. At times, it genuinely felt like I was being given excuse after excuse instead of seeing any real effort to resolve the issue. Not only was I still waiting on the trim piece I had already paid for, but after the installation, I also noticed that a wire had come loose underneath my driver's footwell. This was never an issue before the stereo was installed. I informed Michael and he gave me a date to come in. I was already on my way to his store when I texted him I was almost there. Only then did he respond, saying that "something snapped" in his back and that he couldn't make it. I completely understand that emergencies happen. However, if he knew he couldn't make the appointment, I would have appreciated a phone call or text as soon as possible instead of waiting until I had already started driving there. That lack of communication was extremely frustrating and showed little regard for my time. I strongly believe that if you make a promise to a customer, you should keep it. Reliability and communication are essential. When customers spend hundreds of dollars, they deserve honesty and follow-through. After months of trying to get this resolved, Michael finally gave me another date to come into his car stereo store. I arrived before our scheduled appointment, only to call and find out he was running late. I waited approximately 15-25 minutes past our agreed time before he arrived. Once he began working on my vehicle, about 20 minutes later he informed me that he had accidentally broken one of the plastic clips inside my dashboard. He told me he would have to order another replacement piece and, once again, assured me that he would let me know when it arrived. Just like before, I never heard from him. As you can see in the photo attached to this review, the missing trim piece is very noticeable. This isn't a minor cosmetic detail--it is an unfinished installation that I paid an additional $40 for and still have not received months later. I gave Michael multiple opportunities to make this right. Every time I reached out, I patiently waited a week, two weeks, and sometimes even an entire month hoping he would follow through with a call, text, or even a simple update. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly initiate contact while receiving false promises. My car is still missing the trim piece that I paid for, I still have concerns regarding the loose wire from the installation, and I have spent months trying to resolve a simple issue. What disappoints are the repeated promises that were never honored and the lack of communication after payment had already been made. Based on my experience, I don't recommend doing business with Michael. I sincerely hope he improves his customer service, communication, and follow-through so future customers don't have the same experience I did. read more

Had dash cams installed in two vehicles. First one went great. Second one is where things tanked. Had immediate issues with the dash cam staying on, and it was a hassle to get him to address. Before he stopped returning my calls/messages, he told me he would have to call the dash cam manufacturer for assistance on resolving the issue. When I went to the other shop, they fixed the issue in under two hours without having to call anyone. I would've given two stars for the great job he did on my first vehicle, but when the other shop was fixing his work on my second vehicle, they found he had damaged my rear view mirror and apparently tried to hide it with a bunch of adhesive. I paid $350 for each dash cam install. Turns out I could've gone elsewhere cheaper and without all the hassle. read more

Took my 2016 f250 for the audio system to get reworked before I was getting interference with my heated seat and ac seats. Once he was done with the truck it turned out better then expected well worth the money to do it right the first time. If ur looking for a shop that will set up ur audio system right the first time this is the place. He doesn't use cheap parts like other shops u pay for what you get. read more

This business showed me very unprofessional communication. I came here when their Open sign was turned on, a person's voice through a Ring doorbell asked me to come back 2 hours later. Super chill down to earth owner, taught me and my buddy a couple things about proper wiring techniques. Brought 2 connectors that I needed wired together to be able to get my head unit connected and he got it done no questions asked under an hour for on 50$. After calling around to different shops in the area I chose to go with Michael not only for the price but also the time he was willing the spend with me. I needed a radio that was simple to use but still had all the cool tech for when my kid use my car. I ended up getting an awesome 10 inch screen that does apple carplay wirelessly and also a really cool portable jbl speaker that works as a subwoofer in my car but then i can take it out and use it everywhere as a bluetooth speaker.
