Also, his pricing was 2x what everyone else charges. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere else. At least get quotes from other companies and you will see that Alex is scamming you. Also he will give you a time, then be hours late, and then be so mean to you for asking for an actual arrival time. It was such a wild experience. I ended up cancelling the whole thing. For the record, his rate was $600+ and everyone else was high $200s/low $300s.

Called Rocky the same day for a windshield repair, and he said he had availability the next morning. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. Or a black silicone glue to fill in the gap.
