HE IS QUICK TO GRAB YOUR MONEY AS A NEW CLIENT BUT WILL IGNORE EXISTING CLIENTS WHEN TINT ISSUES ARISE AND WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WHY HE IS DOING SO. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE WHO BELIEVES THAT HE WILL COME THROUGH. I reached out to Von with interest in having my window's tinted on my Tesla Model 3. Von responded to my inquiry same morning and stated he was willing to come out the same day for additional fee of $40 to come to my house and tint my window's on my vehicle. I paid Von $340 to tint all of my window's. Von was professional, took care of the tint and insisted if I ever had issues he would come back to fix it no problem and take care of my tints. Couple weeks in the tint on the driver side front and rear side window's began to peel and chipped from the bottom corners. Von insisted that if I had issues it would be taken care of no problem no questions asked. 2 weeks ago I reached out to Von via text with my concern for my tint. Von called me back apologizing that he did not get to me because he was busy working and has a child. He insisted that he would find time the following week to take care of my tint but stated I would have to come to his shop one city over to take care of the issue. I said no problem. I understand people get busy and life gets busy but I believe communication is key. if you are not able to hold up to your word in business you should communicate that and have a reason behind it. I reached out to Von the next week for him to provide availability. Von ignored my text message and continued to post new work that he had done on his instagram business page. The next day I texted Von again at 10am asking for availability. Again Von ignored me and persisted on posting his work on his business Instagram page with a comment that stated he was available all day to provide tint services to new clients with his phone number. Frustrated by being ignored I sent him a screenshot of this message that he posted stating he was free all day to to provide tint seevices but he chose to ignore my text message once more. Von I appreciated your professionalism and services when you came same day to help me when there was money involved but when it came to helping an existing client and giving me his word and with nothing to gain in monetary amount, Von decided to ignore my text message once more. I understand life gets busy. I get that. But maybe if you communicated that over to me and explained your actions I would not be writing this message. Be careful if you go to this person and for some reason your tint has issues because when you try to reach back out you may be ignored as well. I did not want to have to take it to this extent but I felt at this point this was the most appropriate action. I learned my lesson and I was planning to reach out to him for other tint services on my other vehicle in the future but at this point I have no interest nor will I ever refer his work to anyone else.
