But both times I got linked with Safelite through the State Farm app, which was an extremely easy and seamless process. They came to my house and fixed it for free both times! And both times, they got the job done quickly, with excellence AND walked me through / explained every step of the process. So, to be clear, I've never stepped foot in a Safelite location (and therefore can't review the FVH or any other location), but I am extremely pleased with both the outcome and how we got there for my two experiences with them. Insurance didn't cover so I paid out of pocket and they aren't quite the cheapest but for them coming to me and I didn't have to leave and wait somewhere I'd say it's an even trade off.
