The service is horrible and there are too many carwash facilities in this area to have to deal with this type of unprofessional treatment. I discovered these problems after I parked in the vacume / dry bay to discover there was not a single towels and a plugged vacume cleaner tube . I was now late for a Dr. appointment , the manager had a waiting line due to the shit service so , I left , took pics of my dirty , scratched truck , complained to the corp. and they didn't do a thing for me .
