I drove extra distance to go to this repair shop since they were highly rated and had a terrible experience!!! I was involved in a hit and run accident in a parking lot, luckily I had my phone handy and got a picture of the license plate. The damage was mostly around the rear panel but after she got my car she kept driving, scraping down the side (rear) door. The shop told my insurance company that the damage on the rear door was a "door ding" and not from the accident. There was literally a grey scrape mark from the dent at the rear, up the entire side ending at the back door when I took it in!! The shop played innocent and blamed the insurance company, saying they refused to pay for the door. I called the insurance company and they said "we will pay for it if the shop says it's from the accident, the shop is the one who actually reached out to report that it was not related!" Since I was getting conflicting information, I had a three way call with the insurance company and the manager (who is the one that had lied to me saying it was the insurance company who wouldn't pay). When he was caught in his lie on the three way call, he had to admit it they were the ones who reported the damage was not related and told the insurer not to pay! Good job "protecting" the criminal who hit my parked car and drove away, while calling your customer a liar behind their back!! When I got there for pickup, the manager tried to play nice and say they "massaged the door dent out as a courtesy to me" He actually thought I would be grateful for this! Here is a customer service tip: maybe next time don't accuse your customer of lying and attempted insurance fraud. read more

John is a true advocate for his customers unlike other shops that are "owned" by the insurance companies. I cannot stress enough how AMAZING my experience was with this shop. Every single staff member I interacted with was not only friendly, but organized (they even remembered my name and car problem from just one phone call!) When I came back to pick up my car, not only had the outside been washed and waxed, but the inside was completely vacuumed out, too!
