Recently my Audi got heavily banged up with extensive damage to the body, windshield, moonroof - I was devasted. Geico sent me to Caliber Collision. Within 30 mins of my arrival, Isaiah, my point of contact expertly assessed my car, painstakingly noted every single item that required repair and answered all questions regarding the process. I was new to the area and not familiar with area. I was recommended this shop by a relative who has had great previous experiences not only with the company but also with this specific location. I arrived around midday for an estimate with no appointment set up. Unfortunately, due to the amount of work they have all estimates are by appointment. I will not lie I was disappointed in hearing this. But they did give me the option of going on their website where i send in my pictures & get an online estimate. The employee asked to see the damages, after reviewing she said it was small enough to where she could write the estimate & email it to me when she got the chance later that week. I guess it was so small that I got it in my email in an hour !! I am a scheduled to drop off my car on April 20th due to their busy schedule & me going out of town. Winston saw to it that my vehicle, which needed body work, was taken in right away and that service was for a reasonable turnaround period. Not only did Winston keep me fully apprised throughout the entire process, but his estimate was fair and reasonable, and when the final invoice was generated it hardly deviated from his original estimate. My Car was hit on 2/14/2020. Tuesday morning 2/18/2020 i dropped my car off to caliber collision. i was rushing trying to get to work/daycare with my newborn. The store manager Chiquita Haskins helped with my son while i was outside talking to Winston. Winston explained everything in details and took his time answering all my questions/concerns. i was out fast in time to make it to work on time. *** i didn't have to stop to get coffee they have a keurig. throughout the whole process i was getting updates by text messages. I took my car to the Alexandria/Del Ray Virginia region. The customer service was superb! The office communicated with me every step of the way during the body work of my vehicle. Good Morning Recently I had my Honda Civic 2025 repaired at Caliber Collision GEICO at 4068 Four Mile Run Road In Arlington Va. Isaiah was my repair associate. He was excellent then. I came back today for an appointment for a minor repair for clear coat over spray. He took my car back in right away and with no hesitation my car was fixed and it looks great. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I brought my car here for repairs, and the quality of the work was extremely disappointing. The paint doesn't even match the rest of the vehicle, which is something that should have been caught before the car was returned to me. I also made multiple attempts to speak with a manager, but was repeatedly told they were unavailable. Overall, the workmanship was poor, and my experience with both the repairs and customer service was very frustrating. read more
